What did they expect? Put it on first season on a monday, which is already filled. Then switch to a friday. Bad scheduling. And lets be honest, many of the people watching use a DVR or watch it online. We're young, we have better things to do at 8pm Friday.

It is on a terrible night for younger viewers. if it were on a Tuesday night, it's ratings would be much higher!! This show deserves better!! How oven will you have a quality, beautiful actress like Lena Heady act in a television serial?? This program is worth saving!!!
- executex, on 04/04/2009, -3/+4Characters die... I loved Derek too, but you can't be pissed at his death. Everyone dies. And they were hinting at Derek's death for a while now. This is also why James Cameron stuck with 2-3 human characters and a terminator. Because he knew that humans won't survive fights with terminators.
There was nothing for Derek to do anyway. Anything he can do, the others could do better. He was only meant as a message deliverer from the future. Also as a temp father figure for John. It also has a wide international audience. WB also needs it to survive for Terminator 4 movie coming out. Same for Halycon Company.

With them killing off characters and tearing down the set, its pretty much guaranteed this show is dead for good. Set's torn down, TSCC is dead for good. Shame really, if they had put it on a decent schedule it might have had a couple more years in it.
