- kevinmotel, on 11/15/2007, -0/+17Homer Simpson is not reprehensible. Example, he takes all the pictures of Maggie to change a plaque from Mr. Burns saying "Don't Forget. You're here Forever" to "Do it for her".

- CLShortFuse, on 11/15/2007, -1/+9The article mixed loathsome characters with idiotic. It's confusing.
We love to hate evil (Arvin Sloane, Stewie, Mr. Burns) but just plain love silly (Kramer, Homer).
And then just put whoever exihibits cold-heartedness at times (Scofield) - whymanwhy, on 11/15/2007, -2/+7Wow they didn't need this whole list. Just a link to the Nip Tuck IMDB.
- vondrak, on 11/15/2007, -2/+6I agree. Who hates Kramer? Except maybe those black guys at the laugh factory. They probably hate him for real.
- dunderballer, on 11/15/2007, -0/+4How could two Seinfeld characters be listed and neither be Newman?
- inactive, on 11/15/2007, -0/+4what about the mom in Everybody Loves Raymond. she always annoyed the hell out of me.
- str3ama, on 11/15/2007, -0/+3Bender's actually not really that bad, he just acts gruff but then in the episode where he adopts the kids from the orphanage he ends up liking the kids (he sticks the picture they drew of him on to him with a magnet - which technically should have made him go bezerk and start singing folk country songs).
- brettbum, on 11/15/2007, -1/+4Guess, I'm getting old (and stopped watching most TV a long time ago). Didn't get a lot of those
- mywhitenoise, on 11/15/2007, -4/+7Stupid list, more than half of those characters are lovable.
- santiago1, on 11/15/2007, -0/+3 Thankfully, I don't see much of her anymore, but Fran Drescher is on my most hated list.....
But BENDER? Are you kidding me? He's the BEST! I watch Futurama still just because of him! - sfrench, on 11/15/2007, -5/+8Bill O'Reilly is my most hated person on TV
- inactive, on 11/15/2007, -4/+6Lame. Totally missed the point of Archie Bunker, uses human failings to label characters reprehensible, and is generally lame.
Mentions Troy, but leaves out his partner?
Puts Archie Bunker, whose main problem is ignorance, before Montgomery Burns, a character who gladly endangers his workers and neighbors for a buck?
Kramer is reprehensible because he is socially maladjusted but not one word about the cast of friends?
Who ever wrote this was an idiot. - seandaly, on 11/15/2007, -3/+5Get Dwight off of that list... Dwight exemplifies awesomeness!
- adminmatt, on 11/15/2007, -0/+2this list is flawed.
not only did they not mention cartman or anyone from its always sunny, but they filled the list with too many people from ER and Kramer...who hates kramer?! - bigtizzle, on 11/15/2007, -0/+2I'd forgotten about that until just now, and I'm not ashamed to admit that it actually made me a little misty.
- aldenhg, on 11/15/2007, -0/+2Adam is 400 years old and can regenerate like Claire. He must know a few tricks for getting away from people. All Elle can do is shock people and as we saw when Peter was surprised by Adam he can just take the punishment and be no worse for wear. Also, Tim Kring already apologized for the first half of the season and promised it's gonna get better.
- typicalusername, on 11/15/2007, -1/+3Personally, there's only a few characters I hate on there. Most are not loathsome at all. It's a pretty lame list.
- chris9902, on 11/15/2007, -1/+3No Dexter? that show is so good. go watch it
- toxicprof, on 11/15/2007, -0/+1We need some boundaries here. If Archie Bunker can be on the list, so can Slap Maxwell and Al Bundy. Cartman. But really, once Trump shows up, that opens the flood gate. Nancy freakin' Grace!! Vince McMahon! Go YouTube Morton Downey Jr. Fiction pales before reality! Did I mention Nancy Grace?
- metapop, on 11/16/2007, -0/+1hmm... i don't think that will be the case in season 4. mark my words...
- Chickenlip, on 11/15/2007, -0/+1Where the hell was "Charlie" from lost ... or Sherry Palmer from 24!?
- MurphyWonKenObi, on 11/16/2007, -0/+124. Donald Trump, The Apprentice.
"And after uttering “you’re fired” to numerous Apprentices, (Trump) was fired himself, with CBS cancelling the show.
The Apprentice was on NBC, and could still return as a mid season replacement. - p0ss, on 11/15/2007, -0/+1What about Raymond from Everybody Loves Raymond?
- p0ss, on 11/16/2007, -0/+1It strikes me that the proliferation of characters like these in popular media encourages antisocial behaviour in individuals.
- AnimalAffinity, on 11/16/2007, -0/+0Ben on Lost is way more reprehensible than many of those characters in my opinion.
- meshman, on 11/15/2007, -3/+4"A weapon and sex-obsessed baby baby who dreams of sex, world takeover, sex, weapons, baby, sex sex sex, baby baby, weapons sex, baby weapons sex baby baby sex weapons, mother mother baby baby weapons weapons sex, sex sex weapons baby sex weapons mother mother baby sex and sex baby weapons mother mother baby baby baby sex sex sex and and and and and and and and and and and killing his mother."
I find the article more reprehensible than the content it referrs to. - whatthefu, on 11/15/2007, -2/+2The way they describe the characters is pretty one-sided. I mean if all the characters they describe were like that, that would mean they were extremely one-dimensional, and the shows they were in would suck.
- SuperJimmyJimbo, on 11/15/2007, -1/+1Denny Crane
- inactive, on 11/15/2007, -2/+2Why the hell is Michael Scofield on this list? Shouldn't it have been T-Bag from Prison Break?
- natedouglas, on 11/15/2007, -3/+4Sylar's a ***** pimp. Too bad Peter Petrelli pwns the ***** out of him. Look forward to that dude playing Spock.
Speaking of: WTF on this last episode? How the hell did Adam escape the electric chick? She was about to ***** him up. Why the hell did the Haitian wipe Peter's mind so he could "start a new life"... but apparently leave him a box with all the details of his identity? What the hell is it with this second season apparently being written based on advice from ***** Fortune Cookies and a complete disregard for, you know, PLOT HOLES? - mywhitenoise, on 11/15/2007, -2/+1Yeah, that was about the only character I agreed with 'love to hate'. Christian can be a pretty big ***** sometimes, ***** his best friends wife.
That and Samantha from Sex in the City, but I just hate that bitch, and that show in general. If women are really like that, I'd rather be gay. Pisses me off that my girlfriend was watching that ***** while I was asleep. - TheresaB, on 11/15/2007, -6/+1Awesome! Great list - Red and Dale are my favorites!
- tchoppy, on 11/15/2007, -9/+1Great story!
- inactive, on 11/15/2007, -10/+1That is pretty darn funny!
