- smashingmonkey, on 11/15/2008, -0/+19Yeah, any exceptions would be weird enough to make me think I was on codeine. Could I exist in such a society? Or would everything seem foreign? Truly any exceptions would be earth shattering, if not seismic in nature. All grammar becomes forfeit as the world is seized with anomalies. Make me want to spill some protein before the end of days.

- DigDugBikePump, on 11/14/2008, -0/+5it's basically the opposite of the Colbert Bump.
- beachblonde, on 11/14/2008, -1/+6Take that, Cheef!
- jasonh1234, on 11/15/2008, -0/+4I think "lord" has a capital "L".
And since it wasn't the Lord who submitted the story, you may want to use some punctuation as well. - stealthspc, on 11/15/2008, -2/+6So does he hate Obama or like him?
Or does Stephen Colbert just like making money. - KelticKal, on 11/15/2008, -0/+4How about secretary of Defiance!
- praha, on 11/15/2008, -0/+4That's a weird rule. ...Weird...
- urbandistrict, on 11/15/2008, -0/+4Obama...take the signed comicbook and face the dragon on his own turf!
- inactive, on 11/14/2008, -1/+4I think Tom Daschle would have been a better pick. Or Gorlock.
- MrErr, on 11/14/2008, -1/+4I have no idea why Obama selected him. Emmanuel is even known to be divisive among democrats.

- aherman, on 11/15/2008, -0/+3I see what you did there.
- solo152, on 11/15/2008, -0/+3And you'll always be wrong, no matter WHAT you say!
- dusty41, on 11/15/2008, -0/+3Colbert often derives his best jokes from abstract absurdities, parodying the extreme right by being completely divorced from reality. The problem, of course, is that he rarely says anything immediately intelligible. John Stewart will point out madness; Colbert becomes the madness, builds sympathy and then self destructs. It's more cerebral, but it's become almost too complicated for me to enjoy while watching the show, often I'll find something he said funny long after I've finished watching.
- geoffcybor, on 11/15/2008, -0/+3*golf clap*
- inactive, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2I'm living abroad right now and can't see it just fine. Why does Comedy Central hate Canada?
- mspink, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2I love that man.
- jasonh1234, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2Only one period needed after Nazis.
