- CourageWulf, on 10/01/2009, -1/+18Does anyone know why Lucas is spending so much time on this part of the time line? 2 seasons now of clone wars. It would be cool to see some pre EP 1, Post EP 3, or Post EP 6 stuff.
- appleseed1234, on 10/02/2009, -2/+8Han shot first.
- Pandalume, on 10/02/2009, -0/+4The Clone Wars isn't that bad of a show. They're better than the prequel movies in a lot of ways.

-fixed - palehorse864, on 10/02/2009, -1/+310,000 years into the future of the Star Wars universe, light sabers will still exist, but all the ships will get a shiny new paint job, and maybe a third ion engine.
- RogerMcDodger, on 10/02/2009, -0/+2Post episode 3 will be covered by the live-action TV series.
The other two are heavily covered by oher sources as alarchy mentioned. Lucas did talk about doing a Yoda animated film set around 80 years prior to the prequals though. - jedinate, on 10/02/2009, -0/+2The original trilogy is so ripe for the picking. They need to expand in that direction, no one cares about Anakin, we want Vader. This goes double for video games, bring back X-Wing vs Tie Fighter on next gen hardware already!

- jedinate, on 10/05/2009, -0/+1We can't be sure there is no market, no one is testing the waters even.
- alarchy, on 10/02/2009, -0/+1I really wish there was a bigger market for Space Sims like Tie-Fighter, XvT, Freelancer and XW:A - but unfortunately developers just don't put money into A grade games for that genre anymore :(
My poor Sidewinder FF Pro is sitting sadly in its box, waiting for the resurrection of Space Sims. - alarchy, on 10/02/2009, -0/+1Pre-episode one has largely been dominated by video games (KOTOR 1 and 2, KOTORMMO) so that's fairly well covered.
Post-episode three would probably be really depressing: the Empire oppresses everyone for twenty years. Although I guess maybe you could do some minor side-story on another smuggler or something, but Lucas isn't much for minor.
Post-episode six could be interesting, but you'd either have to re-cast it, have 50-70 year old actors play characters in their 30's (which could be possible), or do non-live action stuff. Plus you would have to throw away the huuuuuge line of books that have spawned from Star Wars, or you'd have to convert them to film.
I dunno, I'd like to see more quality Star Wars stuff though :) - mrosp, on 10/06/2009, -0/+0the saga continuous...
