Of course they will. Fox is not stupid - it's not like they would just go about messing with shows people love. Those voice actors *made* the show. They were the soul of the show. You can't simply swap them out with soundalikes and expect everything to go smoothly.
It's amazing how Fox continually manages to screw up good things. In a way, this botched "revival" even worse than it merely being cancelled in peace. Along with the slashed budget, smaller writing staff, and shorter production schedule, this new Futurama shows all the signs of being a sell-out dud.

Variety, and other sources, are reporting they only wanted $75,000 per episode. (1) This is apparently the same amount they were paid for the first run. In other words, Fox is cutting costs and refusing to pay the established, money-making talent the dollar amount they paid in 1998-2003. May I note that $75,000 in 2003 is the equivalent of $64,000 in 2009. (2) Talk about kicking the cast in the balls when they were already, probably out of goodwill, not demanding huge increases.
For reference, the Simpsons actors get $400,000 per episode. The Friends cast got $1,000,000 at least per episode. (3)
