- unlimitedorb, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I tried it, mine came out looking like a paper ball with a striking resemblance to Abe Lincoln...
- Shenaniganz08, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6A) Im impressed that it transforms and articulates
B) Finished model is a compromise in many aspects
Here is a much better papercraft model ( still optimus prime ) It doesnt move or transform, but looks much better when finished and will be very sturdy

- Atomic1fire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Transformers Paper in disguise
- chapinmesa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Heh...its up now. But does that guy not know how to get it to work? "Send me photos of yours completed" hahaha, surely hes the one that did it originally.
- Sheco, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I used to do simple optimus prime papercrafts back when I was a kid, although it was a 2d humaoid model and turned 'almost' 3d when transformed. Hey I was just a kid.
Good memories :) - MalDON, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Crazy, I just saw this on 4chan.

- dapht, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Did anyone have the luck to grab the PDF before the site got pounded?
- dilbertmouse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1http://www.duggmirror.com/television/Papercraft_Optimus_Prime/
Obviously won't help with the PDFs, but looks like DiggMirror got all the pictures. I did notice that on three seperate visits to the site, each time I was directed to a different host for the images. There may be some round-robining going on.
(With apologies for abuse of the reply system) - donotdigg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Such heroic nonsense....
- Ninjab3ar, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1This is flippin' awesome! I recommend you use thick paper, though.
- ruds, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Getting this thing together is more than meets the eye.
- kirakun, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1It's not that hard when you can cut and glue. Had this been an origami from a single square piece of paper, then I'll be impressed.
- SystmBetatester, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Birdman Robot FTW! reminds me of those game character paper models, except i think these can actually transform, pretty nifty. now the temptation from opening up my 8 year old OP transformer might go away.
- MondoMundo, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0WOW That thing puts this papercraft iphone to shame! http://www.sneakmove.com/2007/01/diy-cut-and-fold-paper-iphone.html

- coffeebot, on 10/12/2007, -11/+1didn't the japanese already invent something like this?
