Not only do they fire their own long-term employees without blinking an eye, every time their outdated system gives a show low ratings, Nielsen effectively fires all the people associated with that show, as well. Moonves should have been out long ago. He thinks of CBS as his own personal empire - he uses it to satisfy his every whim while callously manipulating people's lives.
