- bsonline, on 10/29/2009, -2/+54Now they are considering?
*****, Chuck was awesome, and hopefully always will be.
Chuck has super powers now, but I'm sure he'll still be the same guy he was before.
Sure, he has skills now, whatever. If it's anything like the finale, it'll rock.
Unless it goes the way of Sarah Connor Chronicles, and then I'll be pissed.
Canceling shows on cliffhangers is asshatiness at it's worst.
Keep Chuck on the air!
Sheesh.
Edit:
Thankfully, they have ordered a total of 19 episodes.
And it looks to be paired with Heroes, which may be getting awesome again.
Just stop with all of the emo "I don't know if this is the life I want" BS.
And BLOW ***** UP.
Not everything, not all of the time, but occasional boom is nice. - Imortus, on 10/29/2009, -2/+38I miss the Wiener Girl outfit.
- Darksoul, on 10/29/2009, -3/+22Yet your here talking about it..... last time I checked nobody forced you to watch it.
- USCdeacon, on 10/29/2009, -0/+16I've read that the way they keep it interesting is that he can acquire super skills rapidly, but can only use then once or for a limited time. Wish I could put the source link but it was alluded to in an interview a few months back so... :-/ I think it was a Comic-Con interview? Let's just not lose hope for the show yet. Come on digg, Yvonne Strahovski ;]
- jasmus, on 10/29/2009, -3/+19So how is it going to be interesting now that he's all super agent that knows kung fu? The whole appeal of the show was him being a regular guy. And Jeffster.
- wgasa, on 10/29/2009, -0/+16Why are you letting Sam Kinison and an Indian Lesbian wreck your wedding?
- katatoniq, on 10/29/2009, -0/+15I cannot express how much I love that show.
- agentsrecord, on 10/29/2009, -1/+16My brother in law is crossing his fingers hoping for this. I tried to make fun of him over it but he reminded me that I still bitch and moan over Firefly.
- jordanv1, on 10/29/2009, -1/+15Chuck, particularly towards the end of the second season, was one of the best shows on network tv.
NBC has a knack for picking up quality shows, and then not making any money on them. Though I suppose that's better than Fox's tendency to outright cancel them. - inactive, on 10/29/2009, -2/+12I really hope they move it to a better time slot.....this could easily go the way of Arrested Development. This show is way too awesome to be cancelled this early.
- rwbrinso, on 10/28/2009, -1/+10WHERE'S MY FISH, NBC?
- bubbrubb22, on 10/29/2009, -0/+8STAY IN THE CAR!!!
- inactive, on 10/29/2009, -1/+9Chuck - Mondays on NBC
Lost - Wednesdays on ABC
Questions? Comments? Concerns? - Jmaster5590, on 10/29/2009, -1/+8Yes great news now it can replace that one show no one watches anymore wat was it called heroes?
- TheMagician2007, on 10/29/2009, -0/+7NBCSUCKS.
- tadsexington69, on 10/29/2009, -0/+5FTA
Now sources say "Chuck" will likely return in January and will be partnered with "Heroes" on Monday nights
seriously how did you miss that, its pretty much half of the entire article - buu2, on 10/29/2009, -0/+4Dude, your name freaks me out.
- diemunkiesdie, on 10/29/2009, -0/+4He won't always know Kung Fu. Like the first time he did it it kicked in automatically, but he has to be able to think about it and call that programming back to be able to use it. Obviously, if he is scared pants-less he will have trouble concentrating and being able to use his Kung Fu!
- wolfing, on 10/29/2009, -0/+4it's ok, every person has different tastes. I love the show, and I hate American Idol, which makes me a typical digger but a very atypical american viewer
- WELLDOITLIVE, on 10/29/2009, -0/+4WHAT THE CHUCK?
- oblivious87, on 10/29/2009, -0/+4@dagamer34 - I have plenty of nerd friends who become love struck idiots when it comes to women. It happens more often then you think and making poor decisions usually go hand in hand when these guys have a chance to talk to a pretty girl.
Hell man, I'm guilty of it and I'm sure most guys have been in their lifetime. For a nerd to make it to the top of the food chain, its a pretty hard adjustment. - ivand67, on 10/29/2009, -1/+5He'll still be a nerd. And oh yeah, there's a really hot blonde on the show who seems to be attracted to the nerd. That's enough for a winning combination as long as you keep adding elements of Alias, The Office and 24.
- youbequiet, on 10/29/2009, -3/+6you checked?
- skribble, on 10/29/2009, -1/+4Good call... Chuck is good TV! (While Trauma blows)
- projjalc, on 10/29/2009, -0/+3SHUT THE CHUCK UP.
- dagamer34, on 10/29/2009, -0/+3Nerd != idiot. Most nerds I know are still pretty competent unless a gun is pointed at them. Chuck acts like a love-struk idiot long before any gun is pointed at him in episodes.
- Pimptastic, on 10/29/2009, -4/+7but you have a good reason to bitch and moan about Firefly
- guyincognitoo, on 10/29/2009, -0/+3Heroes seems to have gotten better with the addition of Robert Knepper, or maybe it's me just hoping it is.
- kingofthisnight, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2Bring on more Chuck. Probably my favorite television show.
- antdude, on 10/29/2009, -1/+3He's a nerd, dude.
- bsonline, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2My wife gave up on it, also. The Dark Carnival is an interesting addition. Sylar/Nathan is kind of interesting, too. Claire going all lesbo isn't bad. There are still annoying characters and needlessly put on hold plots. Hiro is back with Charlie again, but so far it has only shown him disappear. HRG is getting cooler, but is in danger of going emo. Matt Parkman is becoming slightly less emo, but Sylar ***** with him is pretty tight. As usual, they are stretching that storyline beyond it's natural length.
- Valdek, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2I was confused at first, but good job, sir or ma'am.
- inactive, on 10/29/2009, -1/+3it was coupled with heroes last year....they went up against american idol, house and 24. they both got killed. i didn't miss anything from the article.
- rugabug, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2So Heroes is actually getting better now? I watched most of this seasons opener and then gave up on the series.
- FireStalker3150, on 10/29/2009, -1/+3***** DO IT.
- geauxtig3rs, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2No, it definitely did. I just want syler to get more badass and all will be right with the world.
- antdude, on 10/29/2009, -0/+2You forgot the ear pulling part.
"But, but, but!" --Chuck - Homerr, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&source=h ...
- Schmapdi, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1yeah, that 15 seconds at the very end of the season 2 finale was super cheesy...
Why don't you wait until they actually air a few episodes with "matrix chuck" before passing judgement on it. - noblepaladin, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1Will he flash and know the Karma Sutra?
- wolfing, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!
- wozup, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1So all bad shows should stay on air because no body is forced to watch them?
- whatthefu, on 10/29/2009, -1/+2Why do you hit enter after every sentence?
- antdude, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1http://www.chuckmeout.com/ for an official Chuck site.
- antdude, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1You forgot Buy More in that show. ;)
- Asten77, on 10/31/2009, -0/+1there's some rumors one of the cable nets might pick it up.
- RedSaint, on 10/30/2009, -0/+1The article has been updated and it has been confirmed: 6 more episodes on top of the 13. Weeeeeee! :D
- bsonline, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1NBC SUCKS
ETA JAN - chunkybeefstu, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1The way he used it in the finale, it will probably operate the same as his blind luck did in previous episodes. Just popping up at random and convenient moments.
- G-RaZoR, on 10/30/2009, -0/+1Southland got canceled dude...
