    • AZTriGuy, on 10/13/2008, -0/+1Dave and McCain have been friends for a long time, even when McCain skipped out he made sure to say how much he respected him. But, I would have expected Letterman to hold the grudge a little longer, especially as pissed as he was when they showed him McCain getting ready with Couric. I hadn't heard him crack any more jokes recently on it, though, so maybe he's over it and ready to kiss and make up?
