- MelvinSchlubman, on 10/10/2008, -0/+47At 3:09 of the 2nd McCain interview, McCain says "I will run a respectful campaign. Americans are sick and tired of the kind of campaigns they've seen. I will run a respectful campaign, my friends."
Gee, what happened? - SifuMoKung, on 10/10/2008, -2/+45The best part is how McCain promises to run a respectful campaign. I also took note of Obama's interview and his observation that how a person runs their campaign is a potential indication of how they deal with pressure and large organizations.
- inactive, on 10/10/2008, -0/+39I was like "When did he interview the ***** crazy lady?"... very clever.
-note to self, pay attention to quotation marks. - inactive, on 10/10/2008, -0/+29^_~
You betcha! - atdakore, on 10/10/2008, -1/+27i wish they would put the date the episode aired next to the clip.
I'd much rather watch it from my collection, then stream it all over again. - howdareyou, on 10/11/2008, -0/+17Does anyone have Canadian links?
- Foliot, on 10/11/2008, -0/+17Sorry for comment abuse. Canadian links:
http://www.thecomedynetwork.ca/shows/videolist.asp ... - Gnarstache, on 10/11/2008, -1/+15dugg for Tina Fey!
- xero8472, on 10/11/2008, -0/+14Once again Canadian are screwed over through American-only video streams. Would it somehow cost them more if I were streaming it here? I don't get it.
- Foliot, on 10/11/2008, -0/+12Ask and you shall receive: http://www.thecomedynetwork.ca/shows/videolist.asp ...
I think they are the 4 vids on the bottom of the page. - brb1031, on 10/10/2008, -0/+11Jon Stewart is prescient in McCain's 10th appearance:
http://www.thedailyshow.com/video/index.jhtml?vide ...
The crowd is just loving McCain. At the end, Jon asks him if McCain will stick to his principles, talk straight, etc, when/if he becomes successful as a candidate. Unfortunately, history has shown otherwise. - Jeffler, on 10/11/2008, -0/+10They're trying to promote their canadian site, which sucks total balls.
- louiebaur, on 10/10/2008, -1/+11Ha that was funny sh*t!
- SifuMoKung, on 10/11/2008, -0/+8Is there a way to slap the stupid out of your head?
- SuperCujo, on 10/11/2008, -0/+8That's because Australia totally rocks...
- LeviTheSmith, on 10/11/2008, -0/+7Works fine in Aus
- ast16, on 10/10/2008, -0/+7It's the meta pay-off that makes this post special.
- inactive, on 10/11/2008, -0/+7(it's a quote, dingus)
- walshgopher, on 10/11/2008, -0/+6Because the legal ramifications are too complicated to bother dealing with. I personally blame Quebec.
- mwmccullough, on 10/11/2008, -0/+5I'm not his friend.
- coolpix47, on 10/11/2008, -1/+6Jon Stewart = Awesome
- PoonGnarfler, on 10/11/2008, -0/+5I just wish he would interview Tina Fey as Palin now... but she'd probably answer his questions better than Palin would.
- brb1031, on 10/10/2008, -0/+5If you google "site:imdb.com barack obama", for instance, you'll get his TV appearances as himself.
Then go to http://www.thedailyshow.com/video and set the date, you get a list of segments from that episode. This is hosted differently than ccinsider, and performs much better (ie doesn't glitch and buffer every 5 seconds). - LeviTheSmith, on 10/11/2008, -0/+5That's stupid!
Why would they let us view the videos but not their neighbors ? - Genecalypse, on 10/11/2008, -0/+4WTB canadian stream
- LeviTheSmith, on 10/11/2008, -0/+4Don't they work in Canada or something?
The original link works fine here in Aus.. - JMaj, on 10/11/2008, -1/+5jimoase, I read your coment history it seems you just post the samething over and over.
You Bring up Obama's Rev Wright. What of Pastor John Hagee and Reverend Rod Parsley two pastors and McCain wanted their support. Correct?
William Ayers? Who else worked with him, Republicans right? Are they terrorists as well? And look up Oliver North.
I can add a list of Obama's and McCain's flops, but really educate yourself on both sides. - andrewfahmy, on 10/11/2008, -0/+4and egypt...
- inactive, on 10/11/2008, -3/+7Digg this if you're stuck at your office on a friday night!!
- Robitz, on 10/11/2008, -0/+4The page loads but the videos don't play. It just says "Find more videos at ComedyCentral.com" and gives you the option to "play again" even though it just goes back to that screen.
- cheezintern, on 10/10/2008, -0/+3good stuff for some one like me that doesn't get the daily show:(
- lkeg56demn, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3Good thing most Digg users care about abortion.
- LeviTheSmith, on 10/11/2008, -2/+5I like the part when he interviews the candidates
- MWeather, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3French Canadians.
- Xihix, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3I lol'd at the fact they put Tina Fey in place for Palin, haha.
- inajeep, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3Oh, he know that McCain/GOP would start this crap.
- smoothmann, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3http://kathryn.garforthmitchell.net/wp-content/iSt ...
- akchrs, on 10/11/2008, -1/+4I don't live in Canada and I can see it just fine. You must not be doing something wrong.
- excalibur313, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3Woah, did you see the part in the McCain interview when John Stewart suggested that he pick Hillary as his running mate? I wonder if that's where the seed started to get someone who would identify with disgruntled Clinton supporters.
- shoc, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3get your 4chan ***** out of here.
- HyphySoul, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2It would've been hilarious if Tina Fey actually dressed as Palin, but she's great regardless...and hot too
- feanix, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Did you seriously type up a little rant and just spam it on every anti-republican story you could find? That's kinda pathetic. I'd expect better from a 67 year old. Or maybe you're just an old bigot who's a'fearin' the changes!
http://digg.com/users/jimoase - SifuMoKung, on 10/11/2008, -1/+3Quit whining and read the comments, eh.
- feanix, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Gah! Another member of the copy-pasta rhetoric brigade!
Someone pointed out in another comment that McCain has missed over 400 votes. Also, how does an aborted baby get born? - SuperCujo, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Isn't it sad that you expect a comedian to ask the questions the mainstream media don't?
Put some pressure on the mainstream media and get them to ask the questions THEY SHOULD BE ASKING. At present, they have this cosy relationship with the pollies so they ask the easy questions so they keep getting contact with them. A bit of a symbiotic relationship at present. Politician gets screen time and the media outlets get screen filler. - inactive, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Nothing at all, i so wish i was a citizen of there right about now.
- shibagarden, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Ah, good o'l' Buffering Central.
- sekander94, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2Works fine in New Zealand
- vorbalhorde, on 10/11/2008, -1/+3Dugg the link, but these comments suck.
