Photoshop has been around for a long time, and while Iran was attempting to demonstrate their missile capabilities they ended up demonstrating their photoshop abilities. The Show was making fun of Iran lagging behind the west in technology, hence the reference to an outdated and dead meme was appropriate and intentional.
