- okayokayokay, on 06/16/2009, -2/+27Sad times when Comedy Central scoops CNN on the biggest story of the year.
- awinters, on 06/16/2009, -0/+12I really thought he was faking it last night on the bike until I realized he was actually there. I think its great. I just hope he stays safe and gets back to his family. I sincerely doubt the Militia has a sense of humor.
I just think this whole thing (can we call it a revolution yet) is just so awesome that I can't get enough of it; so if Comedy Central wants in on it, so be it.
I feel bad that people are getting hurt and dying, but if you love democracy and freedom, this makes you happy. - DireWolf11, on 06/16/2009, -0/+9great episode last night w/ jason on the motorbike, can't wait for the rest
- audiodrumm, on 06/16/2009, -1/+8I'm wondering how he's going to pull that off considering that Iran just banned all foreign journalists from operating within the country and revoked their press credentials...
- jeffstevens199, on 06/16/2009, -0/+7nice beard.
- mythicflux, on 06/16/2009, -0/+5They could have shot all or part of their material a weeks ago before the the election and subsequent civil unrest. That with some careful editing and they could get around any problems.
For example, on last nights show they just dubbed part of the audio to imply he was saying things about the current situation. But you never see his face or mouth. - meridian, on 06/16/2009, -0/+5second that
- morcheeba, on 06/16/2009, -0/+4Ah, but they forgot to revoke the credentials for "fake journalists" :-)
... I saw Jason's first installment; can't wait for the rest. - Super6, on 06/17/2009, -0/+3Have you watched CNN at all over the last week? This CNN-hate is pissing me off, they're all over the story, a good 75% of their live broadcasts are spent talking about it
- illepic, on 06/16/2009, -1/+3And lived?
- aminbean, on 06/17/2009, -0/+1I would love it if he were there and able to stick it to the bastards Daily Show style, but I don't think that's the case. It reads as though the footage has already been shot and I bet he's gotten the ***** out of there.
- inactive, on 07/22/2009, -0/+1Technically, he's not a journalist... he is a comic... though I think President "Dr." Ahmadinejjad isn't smart enough to differentiate the two.

Good luck, dude! - mrsammercer, on 06/17/2009, -0/+1I don't know if that whole situation was faked. Why would they have had him speeding down the street on the back of a motorcycle a week ago?
From what the article says, most of the skits were filmed before the Revolection but he still may have been there just as the anarchy was breaking out. - HappyScrappy, on 06/17/2009, -0/+1He can't report from Persia, it hasn't existed since the 1930s. It'd be like reporting from Czechoslovakia.
- mythicflux, on 06/17/2009, -0/+1They may have shot the bike scene for a different sketch, then once the situation changed they changed their minds.
- indyfilmaker08, on 07/14/2009, -0/+0fake journalists? there's a lot of that in fox news...
- indyfilmaker08, on 07/14/2009, -0/+0or you can always allude this to the Garden of Eden... Did it or did it not exist before time? Let's see how Jason spins that. http://www.aipef.net/
