- jjones07, on 03/13/2008, -0/+22What's old is new again! Isn't that always the way we 'cycle'? Thanks, Tero! (Welcome2CHO)
- SaveJake, on 03/13/2008, -0/+21This is so true and so wonderfully written. Jericho is about survival...And that is what makes history. I think you outdid yourself again...Thank you.
- AmyVernon, on 03/13/2008, -0/+21This is a wonderfully written post, tero. Once again, you give us all food for thought.
- mpbnice, on 03/13/2008, -0/+20Beautiful article. You brought tears to my eyes!
- nobodysbaby, on 03/13/2008, -0/+19Great article. Jericho is THE show that brings out thoughts of "what would I do" and is uplifting and not scary because it is filled with possible scenarios of what could happen and how we can draw on the strength of what history has taught us.
Thank you for bringing such mind stimulating articles to us. - osufan1963, on 03/13/2008, -0/+17A wonderful blog! I love history and the way Jericho incorporates history into every episode is thrilling. I was listening to the latest commentary this morning and one of the producers said they got the idea of Ravenwood going after the families of the Rangers from WWII. I guess the Germans did a similar thing. What a show!
- MikesMom7, on 03/13/2008, -0/+17Very Nice. Love the title! Really well written.
- aircat, on 03/13/2008, -0/+15Excellent entry, Terocious. JERICHO has been thought provoking, heart-touching and instructive from the very first episode. I love the challenges it has presented its audience to think and to learn. Season 3 can only expand our horizons further.
- judist63, on 03/13/2008, -0/+15Barry, your articles are always right on! I loved it and hope to see another one!
- flutterby10, on 03/13/2008, -0/+14terocious, you have a wonderful knack for presenting thoughts. I also would have liked your teacher....... Jericho has made me look up many answers, mostly in geography - which I am horrible at - but the most important things I am learning are about myself. Tero - keep up your good work..........I look forward to reading more. Thank you!
- KW223, on 03/14/2008, -0/+12I have to say that this season is even edgier - and brings more into question. The first season was the fight for survival. This season is about the what kind of survival do you want. I feel another revolutionary war coming up - what a great Season 3 that would make!
- terocious, on 03/14/2008, -0/+12Thank you everyone for all the really nice things you have had said about this piece. The people who make Jericho are classy and the shows fans are too. It makes me happy to do you all proud.
On that note, Just yesterday WriterSD had a piece here on Digg entitled "I Right Well - Don't turn off blog readers with poor grammar" and here today I notice that in the description above I have waist land instead of wasteland which of course is what I meant. I guess it could be explained as the heart land being the waist of the country... OK that's a bit of a stretch, sorry for the poor proof reading. -b - SaveJake, on 03/13/2008, -0/+3I guess I should have refreshed before commenting...I didn't copy honest!!!
- jjones07, on 03/14/2008, -0/+2When you proof your own work, it's easy to miss. Your mind knows what you're trying to say, so your own eyes overlook mistakes. No biggie! I'm the world's worst, especially if it's something like "waist" vs. "waste" that SpellCheck wouldn't pick up. Great article, Terocious! (Welcome2CHO)
