As a Puerto Rican with dominican friends, there is no way anyone will ever buy those 2 as dominicans, not ever. Mostly because of their accents, and terrible acting in spanish, which was, if you'll believe it, WORSE than their acting in english.
Also, WTF is up with the writers not doing proper research on traditional illegal immigration patterns. It goes: DR to San Juan, then plane to NY. It's really not that hard. Why would you trudge through several central American countries and their own respective borders (which are not open) and then the entire width of the US to get to NY. - HelplessSEAL, on 09/06/2008, -2/+17nope...
