- Bara, on 10/12/2007, -1/+38The guy does sound like someone you'd want to hang out with and discuss Star Wars all day... Now when the hell is Hiro going to get his sword!?
- merreborn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+35Masi Oka is also in a half dozen episodes of scrubs, as Franklin the lab tech.
- Aggressor, on 10/12/2007, -3/+33@ahawks. Since I ripped the interview from my hd capture and put it on youtube, I'm hardly the middle man. See what happens when you assume?
- gamasutra, on 10/12/2007, -1/+24He is my Hiro.
- vexingmodstwo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+22I'd say the odds are good. He just seems to be that kind of guy...
- xboxgamer91, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21When I saw the whole "Billain" skit between Hiro and Nathan I started cracking up.
- skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21Man, I gotta start watching Heroes.
- samuraijack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19man...he comes across really cool. super smart and definetely funny...
- ckkoba, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18I'm not sure if Masi Oki did "ALL" the special effects, but I'm sure he worked on certain projects... ;) Let's not go around thinking he really is a superhero!
- jasnmb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17I'm tired of people saying that. I don't care who submits it, as long as the blog has good content and is not spammy I digg it.
- redrighthand, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13Good for him!
A funny, talented, intelligent guy in Hollywood with more than a pretty face? What are the odds he'll maintain his level head-ed-ness? - Tadiera, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9He is officially my favorite person now!
Dick in a box is a big favorite with me and my coworkers and he just did what, I think, we all want to do.
Plus, yeah- I totally agree. I could see myself playing D&D with him.
Hell, I'd LOVE to play D&D with him. - Shabadoo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Watch the preview clips on the NBC site...
- Kypt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Oh man, you should! I believe NBC's site has all eps online until the next ep.
- asurroca, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7oh damn I KNEW he was familiar! I don't know if I'll see Heroes the same way again realizing he's Franklin the lab tech!
- jasnmb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6or here: http://www.nbc.com/Video/rewind/full_episodes/heroes.shtml
- kal-el, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6to skyhighrockets

http://www.nbc.com/Video/rewind/full_episodes/heroes.shtml - tdp05, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5yea, They have a huge team of really brilliant programmers in addition to Masi. He didn't do all of the coding. In another article I read on him, he specifically does fluid and particle dynamics work.
Plus, it's visual effects for computer generated images, not special. Though ILM's credits always say "Special Visual Effects" The industry as a whole is Visual Efects, or just VFX. - fanclerks, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I tell this to everyone. If you're not watching Heroes, you're missing out. Big time! It is definitely the best show out there right now.
BTW, I've never bought any TV shows on DVD, and when this show hits DVD, I'll probably end up buying it. That says alot for it. - djbumunltd, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5he was really funny in this clip from reno 911, along with the other actors.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=fDjXcvDMFV0 - acff, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8there goes my Hiro
- Aggressor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4That's okay... higher quality here http://stage6.divx.com/members/313064/videos/1074486 same interview
- howski, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8watch him as he goes.
- mccarron, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Here is the direct YouTube link.

Too bad the audio is out of sync, at least on my end. - BossX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Ya I just started watching it this week, it's pretty awesome... got your geek elements (super heroes + comic books), good acting and a solid story... oh and wicked special fx
- fatcat4009, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Yes definitely one of the best shows I have seen in a while.
- Smuikas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2He was also in an episode of The Loop as a Japanese translator (who also happened to be ***** up the business deal).
- eurokc98, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Why would NBC take this down. It promoted the show, got more people interested here and they decide to pull it. WTF, they should embrace the free exposure here. Just look at the comments, people saying they haven't seen the show, now they will probably check it out because of this. I guess they don't want viewers. Idiots.
- dohidied, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I've never seen Heroes, but he seems like a funny guy.
- blazeinferno, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Steelfox: http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/uncensored.shtml
- skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@ kal-el
Thanks :) - garbats, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1yeah, he's been in the business long enough to know where to draw the line
- b3and1p, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Many VFX shots have miniature elements in them though, so I guess the line gets kinda blurred when saying it is VFX or special effects. Still most people say VFX these days, and NO ONE says CGI, so stop it everyone.
- radix33, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You can watch entire season 1 episodes here: http://www.tv-links.co.uk/Heroes_links.html
- roguent, on 06/24/2008, -0/+1Masi Oka to be in S.F. at the Apple store June 25th
http://www.jackpicks.com/2008/06/special-event-in- ... - matth1jd, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The renamed it to 21 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0478087/), I'm assuming because this (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0305669/) would share the same title.
- Crash1337, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I hope he wins Best Supporting Actor at the golden globes. He brings so much to the show.
- Slick50, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1And he was just cast in the movie version of the book Bringing Down the House which is about the team of MIT card counters.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1why isn't anyone mentioning he's a super genius? 180 iq wtf! and a math whiz??
- yaos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I remember seeing him in an episode of "Without a Trace" with Christina Hendricks of firefly fame. Not really relevant to the topic but meh.
- Darksoul, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I think it's cool hes smart as hell and hes a great actor he is defiantly one of the best if not the best characters on heroes man that must of been a big step quitting a job at ILM to become an actor but then again he is so good at what he does I'm pretty shure George would give him his job back in a second considering hes worked on some of the biggest movies.
- reddevil3, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Damn I really like the guy. He's the only reason to watch Heroes.
- antifreeze11, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1yeah when he came out with the box over his dick the first thing i thought was Dick In A Box
- bobbknight, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1kool
- ahawks, on 10/12/2007, -6/+4Well if you are the person who posted it on youtube, then I was wrong and apologize. But you must admit, most of the time a youtube video is embedded in a blog and posted on digg, it's blogspam.
- chadagray, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0I love Hiro and all but what kinda superhero looks like he's taking a ***** every time he uses his power. I mean he could be a character from mystery men.
- Steelfox, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3I don't mean to sound stupid, but what really was the point of the package for Justine Timberlake?
- LoganKriete, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0@pathdemon
Check out http://youtube.com/watch?v=rbZxlEZFZCQ - PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -9/+2Aw, screw me. I hadn't seen the whole thing and thought that "I have a package for you" was from something called Bilan :(
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -9/+2I google'd that and got the strangest results page ever:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%22I+have+a+package+for+you%22&btnG=Search
EDIT: woah, they fixed it. Maybe the spider was going across those sites? Up in a second at...
