- deeeuuuude, on 07/11/2009, -0/+41Dude says, "I ain't here for that."
Well, you are there for that. You are a contestant on his show. - BREZZZ, on 07/11/2009, -0/+34It's the same thing with those idiots on the first episodes of American Idol. They tell them their singing sucks and they say "I don't give a ***** about your opinion!" Of course you do, you waited in line for hours to get it.
- bubbameister33, on 07/11/2009, -0/+28And the Marine was kicked off the show and replaced. The end.
- jboitnott, on 07/11/2009, -0/+23Hey this is exactly what high ratings are made of. That's why Ramsey is on TV.
- neelshiv, on 07/11/2009, -1/+22That contestant just seemed like a complete douche bag for going on the guys show and having a fit about some ***** that he almost certainly should have expected.
He also had the vocal mannerisms of a drunken frat boy. - ibmowns, on 07/11/2009, -1/+18Wow, this totally wasn't in the script!

What a non-event. - CZzyzx41, on 07/11/2009, -0/+8Does anyone else find it interesting that a supposed former marine cannot handle taking orders?
- dscan, on 07/11/2009, -0/+7the title should tell us that there isn't a conclusion.
- Spire3660, on 07/11/2009, -1/+8Ramsay may PORTRAY himself as an *****, but hes never acted like a meat headed child with threats of violence. Im sure there are PLENTY of personnel on set to take care of that Marine. And to the Marine in question, you are a disgrace, grow the ***** up.
- StBucky, on 07/11/2009, -0/+7THE VIDEO YOU ARE TRYING TO WATCH CANNOT BE VIEWED FROM YOUR CURRENT COUNTRY OR LOCATION.
- mimigins, on 07/11/2009, -0/+7So basically a contestant on his show asked him to have a fistfight outside and Gordon Ramsey is a bitch for not following through? All because he didn't want to pick two people for elimination when that's the rules of the show?
Errr.. - SifuMoKung, on 07/11/2009, -0/+7Do these people even watch the show before they audition?
Apparently he was there to look like a thin-skinned cry-baby.
You hurt my feelings! Wah! They weren't this mean to me when I was a marine! Wah! - matrage, on 07/11/2009, -2/+8Just what exactly did that MORON think that he was there for DOG?
Ramsay to kiss his ass and treat him with kid gloves. I can see why this douche is a FORMER marine.
LOSER! - ZhiZaki, on 07/11/2009, -0/+6Sometimes a strong sense of pride is a good thing...... most of the time it's just some *****.
- Rougass, on 07/11/2009, -0/+6I like to talk mad ***** while cooking my tombstone pizza.
- Mankind121, on 07/11/2009, -0/+6He only acts like a mega-douche on the US version of the show, on the British versions of his shows he only crosses the line into being a mild-*****
- richito, on 07/11/2009, -1/+61. has this jarhead never seen an episode of hells kitchen before signing up?
2. it was bound to happen sooner or later.
3. he's usmc and they don't take any crap. - Atheuz, on 07/11/2009, -0/+5Guess he messed with the right marine, got rid of a ***** idiot who had no clue what he got into.
- bmcnally, on 07/11/2009, -0/+4Without context (i.e., the rest of the show), this makes no sense.
Also, if you watch Ramsay near the end of the season, or on his other shows, he's actually really calm. He just needs to make sure that he doesn't have people second guessing him as he trains them in the kitchen. - chooochooo, on 07/11/2009, -1/+5what the hell?!! I can't even see the video from Canada. Post the video on youtube!!...youtube rocks!
- DatruKatalyst, on 07/11/2009, -0/+4I read somewhere that Ramsey is doing the US Hell's Kitchen so he will be more known in the US. More awareness means more people going to his US restaurants. I must say, over the past few years his gig at Fox really has propelled him to being more well known here.
And the article is really biased or something, like it was a real reality show where the marine was doing something that'll fix something for the better. Like it was something to actually stand up for. But really, this is all entertainment and Ramsey is probably loving it.
And the marine knew what he was getting into (there's been a couple of seasons already), so maybe he was trying to get some camera time in, too. Or he is really delusional or something to go on the show to pick a fight that is meaningless, except to just get ratings. - yocouchdigga, on 07/11/2009, -0/+4OMG!! I WUNDER WAT HAPPENS NEXT!? I BET EH KILLS HIM11!
Buried for being completely retarded. - roxgod666, on 07/11/2009, -0/+3Damn it, i was expecting a big brawny black guy.
- mikemehak, on 07/11/2009, -0/+3The man is a more successful chef than any of you, guaranteed.
He runs a business, and he runs it his way.
It's no surprise how you will be treated. If you don't like it, don't go on his show!
If you watched his other shows you would realize that aside from a foul mouth, he's a bad person to be around or work with.
Couple this with the fact that he has a limited time to weed out several people and choose one to represent his name at a restaurant; do you expect him to treat them any way else? Roses and candy for them? - NathanMahdavi, on 07/11/2009, -0/+3cheers
- richito, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2i think he quit before they kicked him off.
they still needed a host for the show. - sexybobo, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2Why the ***** would you use tinypic?
Haven't you figured out yet it constantly breaks? - GREEDOnvrFIRED, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2congratulations to all of you who were unable to see video. It is just an ad for his show. Nothing more.
- joshuaer, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2What a forced situation creating extra drama for a TV to get people to watch it, It's almost like it was planned what luck such a great marking tool.
- strangewill, on 07/11/2009, -1/+3When it comes to Ramsy, I root for any "little guy" that could put him in his place.
- inactive, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2Most marines are morons.
- mhf03, on 07/11/2009, -0/+2What are you an defender of adulterers? Let me guess you probably are one.
- IvanB, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1Haha that was awesome. :p
- nynexla, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1donkey
- dawna67, on 07/12/2009, -0/+1F-that. Can't view in Canada
- Rougass, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1Why is everything backwards?
- DatruKatalyst, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1lol nice. The marine puts on the hardskinned don't mess with me attitude, but cries and quits a contest that he signed up for.
*clap* *clap* - Spire3660, on 07/11/2009, -3/+4So you are advocating violence on a man you dont know for running his mouth (EXTREMELY PROFITABLY, I might add) and committing adultery that in NO WAY affects you?
- pwner, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1Thank the contestant for making marines seem unstable and unable to take criticism
- mhf03, on 07/12/2009, -0/+1I think you are forgetting the whole point. My main concern isn't over who Ramsey cheated on. It's that he cheated on his wife.
And on a side note I felt like adding that if he was going to put his marriage on the line he should have at least done it with someone worthwhile. And yes yes I understand that not all affairs are based on physical looks and it is also based on emotional connections. Blah blah blah...
But, despite that it seems that all you care about is defending not only Ramsey's selection of the women he decided to cheat with but also feeling alanocu is out of line for calling Ramsey a jerk and feeling he deserves to have his ass kicked. It doesn't necessarily mean he is going to beat up Ramsey, but those words convey his absolute disgust with the act of adultery.
A man or woman like that does not deserve to be defended. I guess if your spouse cheats on you you'll be cool with it. - alanocu, on 07/11/2009, -2/+3here is the animated gif from the video: http://i32.tinypic.com/28l6dsi.gif
- chriswastaken, on 10/27/2009, -0/+1http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FgI4M8fBSQ
i give elendryst credit - russdogg, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1Probably why he's a "former" marine...
- Spire3660, on 07/11/2009, -0/+1@ Strangewill. ITS A TV SHOW, HE HAS A TV PERSONA. ITS ALL PART OF THE ACT. Not only that , he is offering these people an IMMENSE opportunity. For a shot at $250,000, a one year contract and all the connections you could make in that time, id put up with a hundred Ramsey's. Now that i think about it his show is a bit like boot camp, maybe it triggered bad memories or something in the Marine.
