First Footage From Sci-Fi Remake "V". Alien Leader = HOT watch!

And, really, would a crowd of people in a metropolitan area begin applauding when a giant screen on the bottom of an alien vessel told them they come in peace?     The original V series debuted in 1983 (this is a remake), Earth Final Conflict debuted in 1997. Also, Gene Roddenberry - the original create of Earth: Final Conflict (better known for Star Trek, as everyone likely knows) was well known for using others ideas and claiming them as his own.

    Not that this idea was never thought of prior to the creation of V, but I think V has more of a claim to it than Earth: Final Conflict.

My parents had The North and the South, Thornbirds etc. I had my V. The first mini series was incredible. Sure the effects sucked in hindsight but have you looked at Star Wars TOT? Please.

    I hold no hope for this new show because I have so much love for the first two mini-series. I don't want to get my hopes up to high only to be let down.
