- Dunnion, on 10/26/2009, -5/+94How can I digg a list of best shows canceled when it has "The OC" on it.
- Hetman, on 10/26/2009, -11/+74Futurama and family guy should not be on the list. They are still making them. Also Firefly should be number 1 because it is the greatest show to be cancelled ever.
- fattestfoot, on 10/26/2009, -2/+57Prison Break should've been canceled after 2 seasons. That show became an abomination. Seriously, what moron thought the 3rd and 4th seasons were good television?
Rome and Deadwood should also be MUCH higher. - Disastrophe, on 10/26/2009, -5/+50Family Guy is the best show that was ever canceled? I don't think I can condone a list that puts Family Guy over Arrested Development, even if it was only 1 spot higher.
- The0, on 10/27/2009, -6/+46How could this list have forgotten __________? It was the best (comedy/drama/scifi) show ever! ___________ was 10 times better than anything on this list.
- CB810, on 10/27/2009, -0/+36Why are the '20 Best Canceled TV Series Ever' all from the last few years? What about My So-Called Life or Freaks and Geeks? It also failed to acknowledge: Sports Night, NewsRadio, Homicide: Life on the Street, Undeclared & The Ben Stiller Show!
- JesusHimself, on 10/27/2009, -0/+28I know my child, i had no control over what they put in the list :(
- MrZop, on 10/27/2009, -1/+26Also, I can't believe _________ was on that list! __________ sucked!
- TatsuTerror, on 10/27/2009, -0/+23I don't know how they fit all 20 onto one page! It's a miracle!
- soley, on 10/27/2009, -4/+25Jesus. 16 out of the 20 were just ***** awful shows.
- ShadySpace, on 10/27/2009, -1/+19Stopped at "The Family Guy".
- BIRDIE495, on 10/27/2009, -0/+15Freaks and Geeks should definitely be on this list
- CB810, on 10/26/2009, -0/+14They are on the list because they were cancelled.
- blackplague8502, on 10/27/2009, -1/+15Where is Undeclared, Off Centre, or Freaks and Geeks? The O.C come on really?
- rabidjester, on 10/27/2009, -0/+14Needs more Sledgehammer.
- JediCorran, on 10/27/2009, -1/+15EVER? isn't television closer to a hundred years old than 10? these are all like 2000-2009.
- MetalHead73, on 10/27/2009, -1/+15I miss Jericho...such an awesome premise, my only wish is that they had pulled it off just a tad better.
The whole second American Civil War thing just made me cream my pants though. The corporate and corrupt ASA vs. the weak but democratic and free USA with the Republic of Texas mixed in? HELL YES.
Alternate history makes me giddy if you can't tell. - FairDinkumMate, on 10/27/2009, -1/+13EXACTLY. It looks like a list written by a 14 year old kid that doesn't know TV existed before 2001!
- Cancerkitty, on 10/26/2009, -26/+37Firefly is a fantastic show, but Arrested Development was far better.
- RobotBuddha, on 10/27/2009, -0/+10Tech stuff is actually me. Sorry dude, my bad.
- digitalArtform, on 10/27/2009, -1/+11I'm waiting for a show based on this
http://www.shutupwomangetonmyhorse.com/ - jimhfisher, on 10/27/2009, -2/+1175% of this list simply did not belong. Nice that it's all on one page, BUT BURIED FOR SOME *****! The O.C.? *****. You.
- foureyezz, on 10/27/2009, -1/+10Pushing Daisies
- unfromcool, on 10/27/2009, -5/+14How many times has a list like this come up, just so people can once again bitch about Firefly and Arrested Development being canceled? One was turned into a movie, and the other is going to be turned into a movie. Stop your bitchin'.
They should make a list of 20 Worst Shows that Haven't Been Canceled. According to Jim, Til Death, CSI: Miami, Glenn Beck... - ericdano, on 10/27/2009, -1/+9Where is "Dead like me"? Or anything before the year 2000? ***** list. There are a ton of shows that could take the place of the ones on this list.
- MacBandit, on 10/27/2009, -0/+8Okay here's two from my personal list that weren't on this persons.
Farscape
John Doe - schlagsahne, on 10/27/2009, -0/+8You should have immediately stopped after you used "of" instead of "have"
- aknolp, on 10/27/2009, -1/+9How are those the best 20 shows to be cancelled ever? I should of immediately stopped after I saw family guy as the #1 best cancelled show ever.
- bobimir, on 10/27/2009, -3/+10Yeah yeah yeah, we all miss Firefly. Why not make a post that says what you mean?
- vspazv, on 10/27/2009, -0/+7It tastes just like raisins!
- terracottapai, on 10/27/2009, -0/+7NewsRadio was great until Phil Hartman died. After that it was mediocre.
- terracottapai, on 10/27/2009, -0/+7Apparently 'ever' has been redefined to refer only to the last six years.
- goomba323, on 10/27/2009, -4/+11The O.C. gets a bad rep. I'll stick up for it and risk being dugg down. The first two seasons of O.C. were good.
- RobotBuddha, on 10/27/2009, -0/+6BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK!
- zanestone, on 10/27/2009, -1/+7Life
- marcb83, on 10/27/2009, -1/+7Jericho was so good, I wrote CBS a complaint after watching the DVDs. I hate CBS they are the worst network, terrible Football broadcasts and CSI is ***** retarded.
- coheedcollapse, on 10/27/2009, -1/+7There are a few that I'd put on there missing (Invasion, Dead Like Me, and Wonderfalls to name three) and there are a few on there that I would never have on the list. Arrested Development deserves to be on the top.
- sneaker98, on 10/27/2009, -0/+6Wow, someone else remembers Sports Night? I loved that show.
- bmad965, on 10/27/2009, -0/+6It was such a good list until I saw that.
- kaykfrink, on 10/27/2009, -3/+9The Critic
- coheedcollapse, on 10/27/2009, -5/+11"Arrested Development was not that good"
Are you ***** kidding me? Have you watched the damn thing? It's genius. The humor isn't "OMG I FARTED" obvious, it's subtle and smart. The chain of events are genius, the cast was perfect, and the characters were incredibly interesting.
If by "vocal minority" you meant to say "those who are not entertained by the endless flood of crappy sitcoms on television", then yes, I agree.
Also, it was widely critically acclaimed. I don't think the problem is with the vocal minority, I think the problem is with the general public, who will consume endless seasons of "American Idol" and whatever other ***** reality show you throw at them, but can't handle a unique and well-written comedy. - ProfessorRiffs, on 10/27/2009, -1/+6No Twin Peaks or Carnivale? Only a moron would rather have more of the O.C. than either of these...
- ThatNeilDude, on 10/27/2009, -4/+9No Freaks & Geeks? No Mission Hill?
Buried! - coheedcollapse, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5Yeah, finally caught up with the series (the second season) on Netflix instant. I'm at least glad that they semi-tied the whole thing up. I would have been pissed if they never went ahead with the next series.
- richlw, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5Dead Like Me and Pushing Daisies definitely
- jumbalia, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5Apparently "Ever" includes nothing before 2003
- bci84, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5The Critic was awesome, I also miss Duckman.
- XiberKernel, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5it stinks!
- scoottie, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5Dont all shows eventually get canceled?
- VIPERV3NOM, on 10/27/2009, -0/+4What about the pretender, they made two movies after the show ended and still haven't finished the damn story.
