Also, thefirstenemy, how is this show about to "jump the shark"? Any possibility of Hiro fighting a dinosaur is well within the realm of possibility for the reality created by this show - either the dinosaur is figurative, or Hiro looses control of his time jumping again and ends up in a prehisotoric era.

"jumping the shark" doesn't have anything to do with being cancelled. It just refers to a moment when a tv series runs out of ideas and does something stupid and/or desperate to attract viewers.
I doubt Heroes is jumping the shark anyway. Anyone who claims that is an idiot. I think if I did hear it/read it I would simply think the person was an idiot.

I am reminded of the classic Doctor Who story "Invasion of the Dinosaurs", from the Pertwee era (although, yes, the dinosaurs were so obviously just toys, but that was the charm of the classic Doctor ho).
