I don't understand all the hate he's clearly engaging a younger audience, between beer pong and Matthew Stafford throwing footballs at ceramic plates being launched by Fallon himself I feel he is doing a great job. He's a decent guy out in front of a camera every night, his show is only going to improve.

Except for the fact that Conan always had comedic talent, whereas Fallon really doesn't outside of relying on his female fans going, "Awwww, he's so cute!" after he does a sheepish self deprecating routine and whatever hair-do he has.
