Threat is identified
Jack goes to investigate
CTU acts on the information they have
Jack finds out that information is bogus
CTU doesn't believe him
Jack yells at them on the cellphone
CTU continues to ignore him
Jack takes it upon himself to act on his own intel
Jack is right
CTU is wrong
Jack wins
America saved....
