Ch-ch-ch-chippindale..
As much as I love sonic, they shouldve left that show off. Highly unmemorable. - MrBabyMan, on 10/11/2007, -5/+65Firefox and Adblock. I didn't see a single popup.
- felidaeus, on 10/11/2007, -1/+58earth, wind, fire, water, heart!

- growlzor, on 10/22/2007, -4/+51Gummy Bears was my all time favorite show. I always wished I had some berry juice and my older brother would brag about how he had some and how it took him magical adventures. Hes in rehab now... sad
- AWBoy666, on 10/11/2007, -6/+53Where are pinky and the brain?!?!?!
One is a genius and other's insane! - colincsl, on 10/11/2007, -2/+48Where is Captain Planet?
- aznhalf, on 10/11/2007, -1/+44Well after he beat Dr. Blight he became a business man and politician among other things.
He also changed his name to Al Gore. - lukas88, on 10/11/2007, -1/+43I am still emotionally scarred from watching animaniacs, due to how that lady treated buttons even though he would always save her baby. IT WAS JUST SO UNFAIR
- fantasticFlan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+40Flintstones, meet the Flintstones...
Most unforgettable ever. - AwesomeMonster, on 10/11/2007, -8/+44Where in gods name is the Freakazoid theme?
- sofaKing812, on 10/11/2007, -3/+37Totally agreed.
Better question though is where in the bleeding hell is the Speed Racer theme? - johnnyguitar, on 10/11/2007, -1/+31Here's an idea for a list - "Every Cartoon Theme Song Ever."
That'd probably make you people happy. - IveGotTheRuns, on 10/11/2007, -1/+30I call shenanigans - if this list is really the most memorable and painful themes, the Smurfs theme has to be on it.
- imakecoasters, on 10/11/2007, -3/+32TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES! TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!
- Rileyper, on 10/11/2007, -1/+29Heroes in a half shell
Turtle power - Rileyper, on 10/11/2007, -1/+29And now for a good idea & bad idea
GI: Going alpine skiing in the winter.
BI: Going alpine skiing in the summer. - NCSUspoon, on 10/11/2007, -7/+34Didn't dig due to lack of Captain Planet Theme song. So I'll add the lyrics here, for those of you who also think this is missing.
"EARTH!"
"FIRE!"
"WIND!"
"WATER!"
"HEART!"
"Go Planet!"
"By your powers combined, I am Captain Planet!"
Captain Planet, he's our hero
Gonna take pollution down to zero
He's our powers magnified
And he's fighting on the planet's side
Captain Planet, he's our hero
Gonna take pollution down to zero
Gonna help him put asunder
Bad guys who like to loot and plunder
"You'll pay for this Captain Planet!"
We're the Planeteers
You can be one too
'Cause saving our planet is the thing to do!
Looting and polluting is not the way
Hear what Captain Planet has to say!
"The Power is Yours!" - nathanwalker, on 10/11/2007, -5/+31***** Lamb Chop and her damn song.
- SinisterDexter, on 10/11/2007, -0/+25That would be Voltron.
- lava, on 10/11/2007, -0/+21There's one Dot's Poetry Corner that will always stick with me
Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't fuzzy
So he changed his name to Ed Asner.
Now, as an 11 year old watching that cartoon, how the ***** was I supposed to know who Ed Asner was? - Velirno, on 10/11/2007, -1/+21Buried for not even mentioning Inspector Gadget...
- sundancekid503, on 10/11/2007, -1/+20No Alvin and the Chipmunks??
- zwilliams, on 10/11/2007, -0/+19Brings back good memories of getting up early Saturday mornings and sitting on the hardwood floor, mere feet away from the television watching.
Suddenly I feel very old and depressed. - nathanwalker, on 10/11/2007, -2/+20Dugg for Ninja Turtles. When I was 4, I had ninja turtle wallpaper (in my room, not computer, sheesh), bed sheets, and every toy known to man...
Spiderman theme should have been there. - geekfrom99, on 10/11/2007, -2/+19this is the song that never ends..... agh god NO!!!
- dclowd9901, on 10/11/2007, -1/+18I had better see The Gummi Bears theme song on here. I used to watch that cartoon just for the theme song.
#14... Excellent... (wrings hands) - Lister169, on 10/11/2007, -0/+17"They left us off the list. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Pinky?"
"I think so, Brain. But where are we going to get a pool full of Jell-o at this time of night? Narf!" - friend18, on 10/11/2007, -0/+15Needs Samurai Pizza Cats. Best theme ever. And heathcliff.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXiJYcK4-GU - majortom1981, on 10/11/2007, -2/+17I have some they missed.
Denver the last dinasaur.
Also chip and dales rescue rangers.
Also what about Captain planet. - SteveRogers, on 10/11/2007, -1/+15C'mon, no Speed Racer? I haven't seen that show in decades and I can still recite it. In fact, I sing it to myself every time I jam down the pedal like I'm never coming back.
- AriaStar, on 10/11/2007, -1/+15I have the original He-Man movie on DVD. He-Man coming to earth and fighting with Courtney Cox (seriously) to defeat Skeletor. Not surprisingly, she doesn't talk much about that roll.
But the cartoon? He-Man and She-Ra were the ***** when I was little! - Tonyisbad, on 10/11/2007, -0/+14Wow i haven't seen some of these intros since i was in middle school, i swear kids now a days have it rough. I'm a firm believer that the 80s and early to mid 90s had the best cartoons ever.
Examples of this hypothesis:
SWAT Cats, Thundercats, transformers, captain planet, mighty max, The bot Master, anything on the disney afternoon (hmmm found memorys from 3pm-5pm after school) which included talespin, darkwing duck, duck tales, gummi bears, ***** come on the motherfraking Gargoyles! Don't even get me started on saturday morning line up, i just remember ending my saturday morning with X-men at 11am on fox.
I remember sometimes having it be a tough call on what to watch at 4:30 either batman on fox or darkwing/gargolyes on the wb (depending on what year it was, a new show would come on and the one at 3 would get bumped off as the lineup changed.) I miss my younger life of no responsibilties, no clue what went on in the world, and my only concerns were homework and trying to make it back home by the time the street lights started coming on. - TheCount, on 10/11/2007, -0/+13Err, I meant it should be #1 or at least #2. Ducktales is a REAL theme song.
- dbalaski, on 10/11/2007, -2/+14I'll digg it for the TinyToons Theme
- ilikevag, on 10/11/2007, -2/+14What about Darkwing Duck?
- jollyllama, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Big ups to the Cap'n P. And the song, if for no other reason than the use of the word "asunder" to rhyme with "plunder." I mean seriously, did they really want to use "plunder" that bad that they thought it was worth it?
- Caleb83, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11Batman Animated series? I don't know, but it sounds just like an abridged version of danny elfman's score for "Batman." Sure, that's awesome, but why is it #2?
- MioTheGreat, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11"For every math formula or anniversary forgotten, there's a cartoon theme song from our youth,"
Yeah Ducktales and Gummibears! It's your fault that I could never remember whether it was the Fourier sine or cosine series that has the a0/2..... - danconia, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10Inspector Gadget should be in the top 5 there...
- danakin, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11I don't believe you know what FUD means....
Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt? Not experiencing any of that here. - Cyberdactyl, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11Geesh. . . you guys are wet behind the ears. Here are just a few of the true classics
Mighty Mouse: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9RxhHY9wDc
Flintstones: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_Oj1Yx80uc
Spiderman: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9LzMK2IPtg
Jetsons: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dsaky8GSHQA - DiggFight, on 10/11/2007, -2/+11Captain Planet, he's our hero! Gonna take pollution down to zero!
- ogsd89, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9Well why not? That would be great, it would sure make my day.
- epyon180, on 10/11/2007, -4/+13Batman the animated series is probably the best theme on there.
- quanta88, on 10/11/2007, -1/+10It's the whole package. No lyrics, no text, no explanations. It's well choreographed, and how many cartoons can boast a Dan Elfman soundtrack with a full classical orchestra?
- Morasta, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9"Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?"
"I think so, Brain, but if we didn't have ears we'd look like weasels."
For a "complete list" of these: http://www.sph.umich.edu/~rwatt/ponderin.htm - Moosington, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9Latter Day Saints?
- tw0bit, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7SO THAT'S why i thought the moon was the earth when i saw it in the daytime...its from powerrangers
