Now go read something that really matters. - AlanCayce, on 05/30/2009, -4/+29Im still mourning the loss of Kings :( Bastards.
- Awesomoore, on 05/30/2009, -2/+22Psych is a pretty fun show.
- andrewlotta, on 05/30/2009, -0/+18And if you missed Breaking Bad, get it asap.
It is the most under appreciated show on TV. - cosworth99, on 05/29/2009, -7/+24How the HELL does Monk get 8 seasons where Sarah Connor got two.
- hakkola, on 05/29/2009, -4/+21I love Entourage, Weeds was alright but I only watched a few episodes. Any of these other shows actually worth watching?
- RoroCo, on 05/29/2009, -3/+17The only must sees I have for the summer is Discovery Channels shows like Myth Busters and Deadliest Catch. Network TV just doesn't do it for me in the summer.
- AmyVernon, on 05/30/2009, -0/+13Burn Notice, Kings, True Blood, Entourage, Mad Men, Virtuality, Eureka, DSM. Wish I got BBCAmerica, but my cable provider doesn't have it. I'll have to catch up with Torchwood online.
- mxxz, on 05/29/2009, -3/+16Why does summer time tv suck so much. The only good show is weeds. Entourage is decent, but it gets old.
- JohnAngiostatic, on 05/30/2009, -0/+11Two words: Top Gear
- TheDoublecross, on 05/30/2009, -1/+11Can't wait for Burn Notice and Psych to start up again.
- KrugSmash, on 05/30/2009, -1/+11I love Burn Notice and Leverage, both are definitely in my top 10 shows currently airing. True Blood is pretty damn good too.
- WhiteMike87, on 05/30/2009, -0/+9Weeds. Weeds. Weeds.
And True Blood. - AmyVernon, on 05/30/2009, -1/+9I know. At least they're going to show us the rest of the episodes, that's something.
- djdigital, on 05/30/2009, -0/+8It's not listed but I would highly suggest checking out Breaking Bad.
- Dagreenman, on 05/30/2009, -0/+8***** ABC FOR CANCELING PUSHING DAISES!!!!!!
- norman619, on 05/30/2009, -1/+9Kings was cancelled? WTF?!
- Jorlock, on 05/30/2009, -0/+7Because Monk isn't a total ratings failure. Monk has had consistent ratings and decent reviews. That's all a show needs to stay alive.
As for TSCC, why the hell would Fox renew a show that doesn't make them money? They gave it a shot, a full second season in fact, but it didn't work out. - nepidae, on 05/30/2009, -0/+7I dunno, some people think it did actually start out bad but it got quite a bit better.
- momedefome, on 05/30/2009, -1/+8Burn Notice kicks ass!!!! Bruce Campbell's the ***** man!!!!!
- BrandonJM, on 05/30/2009, -0/+6Dugg for Weeds and Burn Notice. Fantastic shows.
- naugrim, on 05/30/2009, -0/+6Two words: SHARK WEEK!
- samard2002, on 05/30/2009, -0/+5Red vs Blue new series starts this summer.
- inactive, on 05/30/2009, -6/+11Monk at least started out good. As sexy as Glau is, Sarah Connor was bad from the start.
- norman619, on 05/30/2009, -0/+5NBC doesn't have much I find worth watching. They had Journeyman and took it away. They gave us Surface then cancelled it as well. Heroes has turned into POS as well with the hacks they hire to write for it. I guess after they finish running Kings I will go back to foretting NBC existed. Summer TV usually sucks and it looks like this summer will be no different.
- Oronar, on 05/30/2009, -2/+7How dare you put Eureka and Torchwood on the ***** list?
- adenine, on 05/30/2009, -0/+5Forget TV...read a book.
- ryanize, on 05/30/2009, -0/+4Seems strange they list Pushing Daisies as a 'must watch' considering it's only got 3 episodes left and then it's gone forever. And they are all available in torrents...so I've already seen it.
Don't get me wrong...I LOVE Pushing Daisies and I'm sad to see it go...but I'm not sure it belongs in this list. - shiftkgb, on 05/30/2009, -0/+4But thats not a summer thing, though I agree fully.
- K4Lic0, on 05/30/2009, -1/+5Dugg for Weeds, Burn Notice, Mad Men, and Monk.
- inactive, on 05/30/2009, -2/+6Since ***** off.
- chaosatom, on 05/30/2009, -0/+4Burn Notice is a Brilliant show with a capital B. Damn good acting, and action. It's definitely a must watch. It became my new favorite show in an interest.
- kenhatesemos, on 05/30/2009, -0/+4penn and teller's ***** and mad men are the only ones i'll be watching.
- inactive, on 05/30/2009, -1/+5It was one of those shows that was doomed from the start. It never belonged on NBC, as it demanded far too much of its audience and its network to be a long run show. It was like a full fledged feature dramatic film every single week, there is no way NBC could handle the commitment it would take to let that show become hit it deserved to be.
- tmyprod, on 05/30/2009, -1/+5Breaking Bad is by far the best show on TV.
It is the only show I'll actually sit down and watch, unlike most shows I watch which are really just on while I do a hundred other sings. - Zarimus, on 05/30/2009, -0/+4The season finale is this Sunday which is probably why it wasn't on the list, it's not Summer viewing. But if you've missed it, do yourself a favor and hunt down the series. It's a sequential story, start at episode one season one and enjoy.
- KrugSmash, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3Psych I originally wasn't too excited about, but the last episode (an evening with Mr. Yang) was very good, so now I'm a little curious where they're going now.
- LegomanArt, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3I feel the need to promote this ultimately doomed show. I recommend Breaking Bad, for sure.
- cyberdork, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3They didn't list it because the season final will air tomorrow.
Definitely the best show since the Sopranos. - NeoCortex, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3Pushing Daisies!
...not that it would help at this point. :( - inactive, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3What about Arrested Development or Futurama?
Oh wait :( - carpeclunes, on 05/30/2009, -2/+5Spectacular Spiderman is the best childrens-animated superhero show an adult can enjoy.
- nepidae, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3I've watched a few episodes, not in any order but IMO its perfect summer TV. Fun action you can enjoy with a beer but doesn't require commitment. Oh and Bruce Campbell :)
- chaosatom, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3Why hate on Monk????? I actually think that sometimes the Monk episodes are fantastic. Sometimes boring, but it's always worth watching because Monk's acting is so good.
Although I do agree that Sarah Chronicles needs more seasons. - brownsound00, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3Just started watching entourage last monday (yeah, i know...) It's actually a really good show. But, it really takes away all my motivation to do any productive work...
- inactive, on 05/30/2009, -1/+4yes...you are BETTER than people who watch TV. your life is SO much more interesting!
- kris2pe, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3So true!!! BRING THE DAISIES BACK!!!!
- Eurynom0s, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3Because people are on vacation, at the beach, etc?
- AmericanGunner, on 05/30/2009, -0/+3what he said ^ and since lost.
