google’s official stance on paid links
geekyspeaky.com — With the new platform from IZEA / PayPerPost, dubbed SocialSpark, not set to debut until at least January, this leaves bloggers who have accepted payment for posts in a pickle.

Google is the company with an issue here not bloggers. Google has tried to remove the ability of bloggers to value their own work. That isn't really working yet, but it has scared some bloggers.
Once the initial intimidation wears off, I think things will ramp up stronger and faster than ever and Google's search days might be in jeopardy if they do not move off of defense and into offense.
