10% off my next igloo... w00t - Mysticcal, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Plue google's about to challenge them with base"
No, Google Wallet is going to challenge them, Google's auction service hasn't been announced... if any
Google Base was a challenge to craigslist... I don't see the reason, Craigslist was fine how it was, it's ebay that needs to be taken down along with paypal. - mycatsboots, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1eBay is just trying to pull people to use PayPal since it will become their primary means of payment. Though I dislike PayPal very much, very poor support, and their customer service (majority of the time anyway) is a joke. I personally don't trust PayPal with my money, just because some people are dirtbags and PayPal doesn't always help you get the money back.
- stevec5000, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0What good is a link to ebay?
- EmileVictor, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Plus google's about to challenge them with base.

http://www.mediahug.com/ - dkneppra, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0haha this is awesome, I don't buy stuff on ebay that often but I had 10 minutes left on a bid when I saw this digg. Thanks for posting!
- Philbert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0hmm, nice I'm not buying anything right now, but I have something up for sale. maybe I be nice and share this with the winning bidder tomorrow.
- jacob019, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm sick of everyone bitching about paypal, paypal is great, I've used them since the begining and they've always helped me resolve all my bad transactions and they get me my money fast and the debit card with 2% cash back rocks, I got close to $50 cash back from my black friday spending. I like paypal, the fees are high but most of the time its worth it (from a sellers perspective) as I buyer it's good too
- yashi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0here is the link http://www2.ebay.com/aw/core/archive.shtml#2005-04-04104029
- Psykus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Submitted over 20 hours ago too...
- antoniojvr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Sweet! 10% off my Roy Williams Dallas Cowboys jersey. Thank you, Paypal!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0WHAT! I can't get 10% off my next losing auction?
- BAKER, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Great, Now i can buy that small country i had my eye on.
- l39pilot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0A new deal was just released by unwired buyer. They will give you $20 if you bid on ebay. Check it out here:

Dugg. - jus1haz2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0sweet!! I just used it!! :D
- tekk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Once you've used C11-GIFTGUIDE, you can also use C23-GIFTGUIDE and get $15 off anything over $100. :)
- Karyyk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah, this is great...except for the PayPal part.
Don't & won't use it. They're no bank, and their customer service is incredibly weak (don't think so, try getting anything but a form e-mail response or the same old rigamaroll from their agents). I thought they were great too, once upon a time, but it only takes getting screwed over once to change all that.
Viva whatever anyone does to compete with them...hear that Google? - MicahC, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks phyrefly.
- RodLightning, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Saved $4 on a new HD for my poor old laptop. Thanx a million eBay and MicahC for posting this code to digg.
- Philbert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Okay I just finished selling something and let my winning bidder know about this. I just hope it doesn't take 10% off of what I get.
- danboarder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0worked. DIGG IT.
- tintub, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0so what happens if I sell something to myself for, say, $1000 with 2 logins. Can I make a nice profit? Or are seller's fees > 10%?
- gunther_WI, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Works on "Buy now" too! Thanks! Great DIGG!! (any digg that saves money is a good digg!)
- TheG, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I doubt you can use it multiple times - still, $25 is a decent discount!
As for PayPal, pay via a decent credit card USING PayPal and you never have to deal with them if something goes wrong. I have insurance on my C Card - I use it to buy stuff via PayPal - anything goes wrong and my card insurance kicks in and I get my money back. :-D - tintub, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0nm I just read max $25 ... still, you could do it multiple times
- ahannemann, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Never thought I'd say Digg saved me 23.45 on anything, but thanks! +Digg!
- andywirtanen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Worked for me, thanks!
- Idva, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Oh, and the 10% doesn't include shipping.
- sykesa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Good news I don't know about Americans but I was able to use both Promo Codes teh Canadian one and teh US one so recieved 20% off! W00T!
- Idva, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0w00t! I just saved $1.55!!
- Agent_M, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0boxfetish, probably not, because the shipping charge is up to the seller, and the seller probably doesn't want to give you a discount, unless he/she is feeling the holiday spirit early. :)
- mdsanta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0over 70 diggs, in the front page, and not one comment?
- boxfetish, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Does anybody know if the shipping and handling charge is included in the discount? If I buy an item for $20 plus $80 shipping is the discount $10 or $?
- hyzdufan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Sweet...I just got $9 of a cell phone!
- daving31, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0i highly disagree with you about paypal customer service. they refunded me all my money after a dead-beat seller never sent the item. i can't complain about that at all. i don't see google offering that kind of protection off the bat, as everything is in beta that google releases, that way it never has to be perfect (google news in beta 2+ years now?) and can be flawed, but i bet it will be a plain white page with a rainbowy google logo at the top and a wallet between the O's or something in google.
