- PolarPyro, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5@ themutt... it is from snl, which is coincidentally a group of comedians
- philipbowman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Not available in UK iTunes store, of course, and the US Store won't let you get it, even though it's free...

for all you non iTuners, pfft :P - cambrown99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2SNL goes in cycles. It's very funny for a few years, then all the "good people" leave and it isn't as funny for a few years until some more good people come on board. I think it's clear that the Lonely Island guys are good people and the immediate future of SNL is very promising.
The one thing that SNL has had for a few years now is the strongest female cast that they've ever had in their history. Will Forte and Fred Armisen are both hilarious ("Ohhhh Nooooo!") as well.
SNL should put entire shows on iTunes a few days after they air, but divide the show up into individual skits so you can make a video playlist of the best skits with little effort. I'd pay $2 for that. - dynamx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2give credit where credit is due

- thejokell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've watched this skit 4 times now, and I still can't see why it's funny.

man....this skit was *****....try again - surfing, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Now watch Lorne Michaels make a movie out of this... like A Night at the Roxbury
- sowusupb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is not even close to funny at all. People have no idea what comedy is... no wonder MadTV stays on...
- skaarj91, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1this is hillarious bt i dont see it anywhere on itunes 4 free i g2 pay 1.99 it says... idc ill jst pay 4 it if i cant figure out a way
"Step on it sucka! What u wanna do chris? SNACK ATTACK MOTHER F-R! - rooke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It needs more cowbell. Seriously it isn't bad... but nothing close to the old SNL days.
- chrisreynolds, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1When i saw that sketch all I could think was that they ripped off these guys.

I can't believe everyone thinks the SNL sketch was that funny to begin with. Give me free weekend update every week. That would be something. - Yaku83, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This was incredible, props to Apple/SNL for doing this. An once again:
"MR. PIBB + RED VINES = CRAZY DELICIOUS" - cvrefugee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1http://rapidshare.de/files/9665121/Chronicles_of_Narnia_Rap.avi.html
- Phoenixfury, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I like this skit, but I definitely don't agree to it being the new "Cow bell". I think it has a life of it's own, but nothing can touch Cow bell. In fact I'll even go as far as to say that this skit could have used a little more cow bell. (J/K) Seriously though, I can't compare it to Cow Bell at all, but it still was a great skit.
- elpayo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1'Cowbell" was underground for a long time. "Lazy Sunday" was huge from the night it aired - if The Lonely Island guys keep it up, they'll own SNL in a year. Parnell was damn good in this. Samberg rocks.
- jubrand, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wait, so now every parody rap video is a rip off of something else? I missed that memo.
- ewingsquadron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yes! I'm so glad other people mentioned thed Olde English rap! I think it's more like "Rock My World" http://www.oldeenglish.org/rockmyworld.html
SNL is now just a sad project to rip off everything and anything they can get their hands on. - cambrown99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Also there's a "Battlestar Galactica" making-of type short for free.
I really like that SNL is offering individual skits via iTunes. This is exactly what iTunes/iPod video should be used for. - thejadedmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You don't need to give a credit card. Everything apple is inter-related and cross-refferenced, so if you've ever had an account with them for any reason (even their discussion boards) you can probably download it with that account.
Downloading now, I hope it's good. - RAT-Man, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Truly the funniest thing SNL has done in ages.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Bah..

- motionblur, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If you chumps think this is funny, check out the Massive Head Wound Harry skit when the dog started eating Dana Carvey's brain. Now that's real humour!
Oh, and this could never top Cowbell in a million years. - speaker219, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0*** Best SNL skit ever!
*** I could watch It over and over again - punch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Loved the sketch! Parnell can really flow.
- jeromeerome, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Its cool to see NBC recognize the buzz on this video. The quality is much better than the homemade one I created for my iPod. Plus it is free. I would love to see a trend of other great SNL cult classics show up for free download. How about Chris Farley's motivational speaker who "Lives in a van down by the river!" or Ferrel's "More Cowbell" skit and Adam Sandlers Haunukah Song. We want more NBC! MORE!
- smithboy89, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Great skit. It's a shame that most videos for iTunes are only available to american customers only...
- test5477, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0very funny, thanks NBC for giving some free content on iTunes.
More free iTunescontent = more TV viewers..... - jimmyM, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0yo, those dudes lied. they went to the chelsea clearview theater on 23rd, not the loews lincoln square at 68 and broadway. snap!
- sheldonwilson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This was a very funny music video. I don't know if I could call it a skit. To see more from the geniuses that brought you the Chronic-WHAT-cles of Narnia, check out:

They've been doing hilarious stuff like this long before being hired by SNL. - Jayaych, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I have been trying to find this download since it aired, GREATEST DIGG EVER!
- VoodooRock, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Oh wow, my sides are hurting so bad right now (not sarcastic). Really impressive. This is up there for me with "Matt Foley, Modivational Speaker" and "Celebrity Jeopardy". I hope there's more material like this coming from SNL soon.
- mrsharkattack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0digg it dugg it do it. i await the CD.
- bodyslam911, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"You can call us Aron Burr From the way we're droppin' Hamilton's" lol
- skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0props to apple! w00t.
- TheGooseyOne, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this video is hilarious, but its hardly the "only thing funny from SNL in a long time." Sure, SNL isn't in its heydey anymore, but there's still plenty of good stuff on there. Weekend Update is consistently funny every week, there's great skits like Debbie Downer, Hardball with Chris Matthews, the Factor (or is that Madtv that does that?), and of course their little play on word stuff like "cork sucking," and of course they're parody commercials and TV Funhouse
sure SNL doesn't have as many consistently funny things anymore as they did back when they had WIll Ferrel and them all, but you guys shouldn't be ragging on them so much...I don't see you going out there making 90 minutes worth of material every week and having to perform it live
all i can say is, i hope they do more things like lazy sunday - Guspaz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0US only even though it is free, so I could care less.
- gumby05, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0awesome. that's probably the only thing i've laughed at on SNL all year
- stealthboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0xmpdpveqlrctx: enough already! what's your deal?
- Echo5ive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm already assuming that it won't be available outside of the US iTunes store, so I'll check it out on Google Video instead.
- badnewsblair, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"If they can express their feelings why can't others. Plus I think you are the cynical one since most of the posts are saying they thought it was funny."
This is just an example. I could go one about how digg.com already provides us with an opportunity to approve or disapprove or otherwise express our personal opinion by "digging" or not "digging", but I won't. It's just like when someone posts a Mac/Windows article and are inevitably berated by the "opposing faction" on here. If you don't like it, why comment? I didn't think this was a crazy notion. Am I the only one? - Shorties, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0haha Too bad iTunes is really sucking today on my computer its froze 3 times, Whatever its free and free is good +digg!
- Leonaken, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0SNACK ATTACK MOTHA-!@#$%
- Nanx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0SNACK ATTACK *****'!
Excellent video, this season of SNL has been noticeably better than others. - sheldonwilson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The guys from The Lonely Island update each time they do something for SNL. They've always got links up right away. No need to search the nets. Go straight to the source.
- badnewsblair, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Anyone else notice just how cynical a lot of digg.com has become? No one can express a positive opinion on these comments without getting there ass holes ripped open by someone say ***** like "I've watched this skit a million times and I don't know why people think its funny". Why does that comment even need to be made? Lighten up people and try to remember what your parents taught you in kindergarten. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
- LeFrenzy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0that was funny I liked it.
- dragonee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Weekend Update > all. Although I did find the Paris Hilton sketch with the nerdy call girls hilarious for some reason. :P
