nytimes.com — In a move to provide better data to its users, YouTube formally announced late Wednesday that it had added a free feature that will show video creators when and where viewers are watching their videos.

This is not wire tapping, this is not any invasion of privacy that's not already occurring, it most definitely cannot tell if you're in the bathroom or not.

1) Login to your YouTube account
2) Click on "Videos, Favorites, & Playlists" under "Manage My Videos"
3) Click the "About this video" button for the video that you're interested in - vonskippy, on 03/28/2008, -0/+2Hopefully it will show all the videos being watched for 5 seconds before being canceled so that most of the YouTube authors will realize exactly how much their Videos SUCK.
