- KyleJA, on 08/30/2009, -1/+42Am I the only one that notices a lot of videos loading SUPER SLOW.
- fasda, on 08/30/2009, -2/+34and yet it still can't make a profit.
- KidShowtime, on 08/30/2009, -1/+27Only reason live and MSN are at the top is because of the retards using IE and not changing their homepage.
- arunforce, on 08/30/2009, -1/+19Almost half of America visits YouTube, I bet it's higher, how could you effectively differentiate between family members that share the same computer / same account?
- rjc5056, on 08/30/2009, -2/+19Who is going to live.com???
- reptarman, on 08/30/2009, -0/+17***** N00B SUCK MY ***** WERE NOT ALL ***** RETARTED
- ConfusedCartman, on 08/30/2009, -0/+13He didn't say NOBODY uses live.com or msn.com, he just said their numbers are artificially inflated because they are default homepages for IE installs.
He's right, by the way. - evilesttoast, on 08/30/2009, -0/+11lol u dotn even no how copumters wrok lol!!!1
- inactive, on 08/30/2009, -0/+11The answer for more people? No.
You are completely delusional if you think that those 120 million users are all regular users who would be willing to pay. - twiztidsinz, on 08/30/2009, -0/+11I've noticed that only certain videos play with no problems.
Most of the time I have to let the video sit for the play time to get ~75% buffer before playing... And even then, when it's fully buffered, I get stutters at times. - terracottapai, on 08/30/2009, -1/+12People who don't know/care to change their homepage.

- weeFred, on 08/30/2009, -0/+7That will change in time. Bandwidth will become a lot cheaper and they will be able to make profit easily. A few years ago it was not feasible to make profit from a music streaming site, now it is. The same will happen with video, when it does Youtube will be the market leader.
- Sil369, on 08/30/2009, -0/+7this coment is greater then all the previouses before me
- addicted68098, on 08/31/2009, -0/+6Copy and paste th1s or you will DIe!1!!
- weeFred, on 08/30/2009, -1/+7Ok, I've filed your comment under ***** no one cares about.
- cryinlion85, on 08/30/2009, -0/+6dugg for passing MSN and Microsoft Live. seriously, those only get hits because they're the default homepage when Windows ships and 90% of people never bother to change it.
- 4AntiStupid, on 08/30/2009, -0/+5Smartest thing youtube did...providing embedded videos without tons of border crap around it or forced commercials.
- mysql101, on 08/30/2009, -0/+5I have FIOS internet service with 25/5 service, and youtube always buffers in the middle of a stream. I don't have this issue on other video websites. It's making youtube painful to use. I end up hitting pause, and returning to it later once it's gotten enough downloaded.
- Domthedude001, on 08/31/2009, -0/+5How exactly are you "conflicted"?
- SAOSiN, on 08/30/2009, -0/+5I thought it was just me!
I was getting all butt hurt at my roomates for using all the bandwidth. - OSXpert, on 08/30/2009, -1/+6There are ads going up on more and more videos. The overlay ads that pop up from the bottom of videos are really annoying, and some videos even have ads that play before the video now. Really annoying.

- PeterHerme, on 08/30/2009, -0/+4yeah, google tries to be everywhere by being highly distributable like letting people embed youtube videos, google maps, google voice...etc. In this age, giving control to the consumers is the way to go.
- havuk, on 08/31/2009, -0/+4Copy and paste th1s or you will DIe!1!!

- tommyny04, on 08/31/2009, -0/+2not really ... coke is still the preferred drink worldwide. have you been to many third world countries?? all they drink is coke, they've never even heard of pepsi
- KyleJA, on 08/31/2009, -0/+2Yeah a few friends of mine in the area have also said they are having problems. So go easy on them haha.
- noumuon, on 08/30/2009, -0/+2numbers like these are always questionable. if you take your metric by accounts, then how many people have multiple accounts; i have several. if you take your metric by unique IP addresses, how many people actually have static IP addresses; i know many cable modems renew frequently or can be manually set.
- cuervoman914, on 08/30/2009, -0/+2ouch google. seriously.
