readwriteweb.com — If there's one thing to be learned from social media tools, it's that these services were not made to interact with one another. Complaints are rolling in and heated discussions are taking place about the noise levels within social media platforms.

No myspace, no facebook, no google chat, no reddit or mixx or picasa for me. Stumbleupon is great. The comments at youtube are ENTIRELY worthless. I don't even know what half of those icons up there are supposed to be- and I don't care.
I've been a slashot member for 10 years now... and they STILL have one of the best comment-filter systems in use anywhere.
