- MrUnderbridge, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Uh...the very narrow whitish things are camels. The black things really are shadows. Look where two overlap. Or where a camel doesn't have his flank pointed at the camera - he gets "squished" along his head-ass axis.

If those are really the shadows, then where are the camels?
It is simply a photo taken from such an angle that the shadows make the camels look a bit darker....no big whoop!
