Walt Mossberg Pees On Google Chrome: Worse Than IE8

newxwin.net — Walt Mossberg has been playing with Google's "Chrome" browser for a week longer than you have. What does he think? Chrome's not as good as IE8 but way better than Apple's crappy Safari. And neither Chrome nor IE8 can hold a candle to the awesome Firefox 3.

  • deluxndotcom, on 09/03/2008, -0/+2He doesn't put down Google at all, he says Chrome is a very worthy browser but it needs improvement. This is the first version so why wouldn't it?! Buried as inaccurate.

    Pompus bastard can go stuff his column where the Java applets don't load (IE!).

  • Raian, on 09/03/2008, -2/+2Flawed logic...It's the first version of a browser that could have been in development for years, by one of the richest companies in the world-- why excuse flaws in a browser, when you would not excuse a similar flaw in say a car or some other object. It's totally irrational.
