- zeldafan, on 10/12/2007, -2/+49Play the video in reverse, that should help give you a good idea.
- dirwood, on 10/12/2007, -2/+45It's a capybara, not a hippo. You can verify this by looking at the feet.
It's still cool though. - Everman, on 10/12/2007, -3/+43Nothing says Easter like a snake regurgitating a hippo.
- netmancer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31Perfect timing. My wife and I were debating earlier about how much some snakes can eat... well, I got the rare "I was wrong" after showing her this... :-)
- ScottJG, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21New movie: Hippos in Snakes on a Plane
- yourowndisaster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19When a snake eat's or has finished eating its really vulnerable to attacks so if it has to the snake will regurgitate its food in order to defend itself and be more quick.
- CLIFFosakaJAPAN, on 10/12/2007, -6/+24Happy Easter...
- jarcoal, on 10/12/2007, -3/+20snakes can unhinge their jaws... they can stuff ridiculous amounts of crap in there.
- aeoo, on 10/12/2007, -3/+19Folks, it's not just any hippo the snake regurgitated. It was blue.
- yourowndisaster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16Direct link for linux users.

- ziffel, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14"How the hell did they manage to make the snake 'spit' it out?"
I'm guessing the snake voluntarily spit it out so it could become mobile again, to escape the crowd of morons who were ***** with it. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14I can't help but think that "Snake Does Kate Moss Impression" would have been a more attractive title for this story!
- greenbox, on 10/12/2007, -4/+16i was like 150% percent sure this title was misleading but i couldn't of been more wrong in my life.
- LavaHot, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13When I first read the headline I thought it was referring to Snake from Metal Gear. Man, that would be a sight!
- kajoob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11"I wish my girlfriend could fit that much in her mouth."
Trust me, she can. - kazsymonds, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Did no one see the article of the snake that ate a croc? The crock then killed the snake from inside, it was carnage all round!
- Xentrion, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14Wrong. It is not Snake-itis. It is Ophidiophobia.
- Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10From the little portuguese I'm getting in HS, this is what I could understand;
"The is trying to protect her self, but is unable to move. And in order to do so, she must discard he extra weight" Something like that.. - brianmost, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10"snakes can unhinge their jaws... they can stuff ridiculous amounts of crap in there"

P.S. More to the story--It was a *python* in the Florida Everglades. I.e., pet pythons that have been released into the swamp have thrived. In fact, according to a US park ranger (he's quoted somewhere on the web, just google), python are breeding in the everglades, and no one knows whether snakes or crocs will come out on top.
Fortunately, I live in the desert. :-p - chicken101, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11Thanks for ruining my dinner.
It's funny, look at the snake at the end of the video, he's as astonished as we are. - twisterX, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9That scamming bluehippo is next. :D
- DrRo183, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Congrats on winning that one.

MGS 4 Hippo Eater - radu79, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7How the hell did they manage to make the snake 'spit' it out?
And which end of the snake did spit it? - mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7..it was his mouth. i think the snake decided to spit it up on it's own. looks like it wasn't able to defend itself due to the weight of the [whatever the animal was].
- Toon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7If the site is dead for you, it's all over youtube.

- celeronxl, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Holy damn. That begs the question of how the hell the snake managed to get it in there in the first place.
Wow. - knightblade2oo4, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10it's like my father at dinner.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Your portuguese is good! the voice in this video is not very good.
"This young 6 meters sucuri ( sucuri is the type of the snake ) was dragged outside water, in land she can't move because of the extra volume in the main rings of her body. She felt endangered, and tries to defend itself. She wants to run away but to do that she'll need to get rid of the cargo. Look what nature allows this animal to do." - krewemaynard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4hold on to that...may be the last time it happens. :)
- zirtbow, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Meh... I bet goatse can get two of those up there.
- tafkase7en, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Doesn't look like a hippo to me....
- DrRo183, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Probably why the people were poking the snake and messing with it.
- jgreene777, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5that snake has what we call "ambition"
- ElGigi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3You're right, I think it's a capibara, a really big rodent from south america...
the video still rocks!! Dugg! - kindrobot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I bet Liv Tyler could do this.
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -5/+8wtf? share your crack with the rest of the class please. (textzilla)
- anonymonk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I'm still wondering how a Brazilian Anaconda managed to come by an African Hippo? At the local 7-11? Great video, anyway... but as many have already pointed out, it's not a hippo (pretty big, nonetheless).
Dugg. - raccettura, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3And that's the video of Star Jones being born.
- sole, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2The video loads faster from the source site:
http://disloyal.org/videos/793/anacondaregurgitatesahippo.html - DrRo183, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2So the snake seriously thought it was going to digest THAT?
lol, A-frickin-mazing. - Fermac, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3That's not a hippo. It's a capivara. A rodent that looks like a cross between a pig and a dog.
- twisterX, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Link seems down.
