- sms021, on 05/12/2008, -0/+1it's true that the expense of equipment is out of hand at the moment, especially for small businesses. thats why VOIP can be the best for small business. places like VoiceStick.com giving cheap and mobile VOIP solutions allows you to have multiple Numbers and lines inexpensively running a small business from anywhere.

This article is very lame, it doesn't talk about the cost for an institution to implement a VOIP solution, Nortel, and Cisco equipment is so expensive that companies that are going with their systems are being "dubbed" test beds for their choice of equipment manufacturer. We have been going to hospitals, and colleges that have chosen either of these companies to evaluate their performance/cost and not to mention how an IT dept, goes to becoming phone technicians overnight!
