Twitter's BILLIONTH Tweet Discovered Through API FAIL

zi.ma — Twitterers were a-flutter with disappointment when the service's highly anticipated billionth update came from user @annchan, whose updates were protected (viewable only by those approved by her). Through an API call, user @blairblends successfully unveiled the tweet, only to meet another road block; the tweet was in Japanese.
