- jeremymccurdy, on 11/11/2009, -0/+33Are they going to have episodes about Dragon Age?
- jrm125, on 11/11/2009, -4/+32I heard it's essentially the same 9 stories over and over again, submitted by 3 people, with really loud ads for DragonAge inbetween.
They're also going to bring back pop-up video for your daily memes fix.
Also, this got 37 diggs in 17 hours and that's considered popular? WTF? I'm sure there was no favoritism on this one... /s - ronxo, on 11/11/2009, -2/+13Revision3 gets the credit during the credits of the shows we produce - no worries from Revision3 - we're psyched for DiggTV!
- RudeTurnip, on 11/11/2009, -1/+11This will cannibalize against Revision3 in terms of programming and lessen the value of advertising on other Revision3 shows (many of which are compelling, promising and still coming into their own regard) that benefit from the halo effect of an anchor show like Diggnation. For example, I would not have found incredible shows like iFanboy, Co-Op or ROFL if I was not already a fan of Diggnation. I would go as far as saying that the other Revision3 "anchor show," The Totally Rad Show (hosted by the co-host of Diggnation, I might add), benefits from the Diggnation-Revision3 affiliation. I worry that other independent producers may lessen their interest in Revision3.
Therefore, it is in my best interest as a fan of the range of programming offered by Revision3 to promote these properties through word-of-mouth promotion of Revision3 and not DiggTV. - poordavey, on 11/11/2009, -1/+7Did you guys even read the article or look at the page? This isn't a new show or a new company or anything drastic like that, its just a page on digg which plays all the digg related shows. Not that important.
- FelixDrylock, on 11/11/2009, -0/+4I came in here just to make sure someone posted this comment.
- gavroche, on 11/11/2009, -3/+6Burried for blog spam.
- mikael110, on 11/11/2009, -1/+4ok, that makes sense i guess :) I Just thought it was little weird you guys weren't mentioned on the site itself considering all the work you do on the shows.
- Elranzer, on 11/11/2009, -0/+3Just as long as it doesn't suffer the same fate as TechTV/G4 and become another SpikeTV aka Maxim Magazine Channel.
- Pifman, on 11/11/2009, -0/+2It's very well put together and I appreciate seeing all the Digg shows in one place, as I'm a new fan of Diggnation.
Now where is the permanent link to DiggTV gonna go? At the bottom of the page? - inactive, on 11/11/2009, -0/+2Are they going to have daily video updates from collegehumor, cracked and huffingtonpost?
- Pifman, on 11/11/2009, -0/+2Kevin Rose is a co-founder of Revision3, so I'm guessing he's well aware of how it's represented on the DiggTV page. Although I must admit that I too found it funny that Diggnation didn't have a link to Revision3 anywhere.
- Forbizzle, on 11/11/2009, -0/+2I liked this when it was called the podcasts section. Why is it too hard to maintain an open list of podcasts yet you can point to a subset of revision3 shows?
- jayskulls, on 11/11/2009, -0/+1Wow I've been watching diggnation for years.. I had no idea there were other digg podcasts. Interesting.
- angrytortilla, on 11/11/2009, -4/+5Better make it interesting, Digg.
- ghostborg, on 11/11/2009, -0/+0I'm a fan from Call For Help days and these shows seem to be like Hey look how cool I am, Hey look at this cool gadget buy it here... Maybe I'm being critical but still glad people make them and better than I could do. Just when I get hooked the show gets canceled.
- mheyk, on 11/11/2009, -0/+0Is this available outside of the US or are we blocked by the Great Wall of Internet?
- jayskulls, on 11/11/2009, -1/+1And Alex Albrecht, if you're reading this (surre he'll read this), please cut down on saying "Ah-mazing" so much. It's annoying.
- mikael110, on 11/10/2009, -8/+7cool i guess, but why is there no mention of revision3 on the digg tv page? revision3 are the ones who originally hosted these shows, digg may own the rights to the shows but i still think revision3 should get credit for editing, encoding and hosting the shows.
- neFariou5, on 11/11/2009, -7/+2hmm basically re-branding revisiion3 to digg for more publicity? Don't see anything different with this and revision3.
I say concentrate on content more than branding. The only decent rev3 shows are Diggnation, TRS and Hak5 (partner), but a few years ago I watched many more than that, and stopped watching one by one as each show diminished.
Also buried as spam.

What is Digg?
