- schwit, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1When we put this at the top of the IT request form "Any requests for new IT hardware, software or service must articulate how item(s) will increase revenue or reduce expenses.", it cut down on 90% of requests.

- noisey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Back in the NT4 days, we got a request from a user who just got promoted to a supervisory position. His request was, "Please update my system to the managerial 128MB's of RAM." We still laugh about that one.
