havenworks.com — This site is so bad, I can't describe it! I'm telling ya, it's absolutely horrible! I want to pull my eyes out.

The developer maxed out the abilities of Frontpage Express and profited from it. A year later, he probably died, along with any hope for his web layouts being refreshed and brought into the new era of intarwebz. lol.
