- carguy84, on 10/12/2007, -4/+15Still cheaper then a wife, though...
- yonbeastie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I think i'll stick with my "never iron a shirt no matter what the occassion" policy :D
- tynin, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Too bad it is going to be very expensive, I'd love one.
- jrkaisersr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4'Cheaper than a wife'- I just shot coffee out of my nose! LOL
- alexguyCA, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Clothes must be ironed? I don't think so. I don't even own an iron.

Besides, who need to iron clothes? ;) - LoungeActx, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3i need one of these bad boys...it'll take my laziness to a new level!
- JasonPrini, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2But doesn't it take 2x as long? I mean while one load is washing I can dry another in a two machine set up. I also found the washer-dryer combos tend wrinkle clothes a lot if you don't get them out right away.
I like the way the Swedes do it, with the meta-delicate "hot closet" type dryers. - Sandwiches_Time, on 10/12/2007, -7/+9I knew I had seen this before on digg.
- sinner0423, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm a guy, I don't iron my clothes. The clothes I do have that are worth ironing, I take to the dry cleaners.
- TheEditor1, on 10/12/2007, -6/+7Dupe Police Alert, and in only 4 comments. I am (not) impressed. Say something constructive for god sake. BTW, neat idea, hope the wife doesn't see this.
- dimplemonkey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2For the netrosexual in you that wants all the gadgets!
- boredzo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1A WashDryIron, huh? Would this be found in a Chair-Lunch-Dinner?
- perchef, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1No dryers ? Do they have hot water and electricity ?
please, stop spreading FUD about France... - sremick, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I'm trying to figure out how the blasted thing actually works. A bit short on the technical details, especially for geeks like us.
- aembleton, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Its not a large American washer-dryer, so the loads are quite small.
Yes, it does take twice as long but if I leave it on overnight then I have fresh dry clothes in the morning without any intervention from myself.
This takes up less space and must be cheaper than this new machine, still its an interesting idea. - jamesob5, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2The Jetsons
- Jozer99, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Think of all the time I will save by loading each of my articles of clothes in, three at a time, to be washed and pressed, instead of just washing them all, then pressing the ones that need it!
- agnathan, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Geeeez ... I just moved to France and dryers aren't even common here yet!
Whenever, we need to dry the tidy whiteys, the drying racks make the second bedroom look like an underwear explosion! - Stopher, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Being very lazy, I only buy permanant press shirts myself.
No ironing necessary. - FatMagic, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Dupe from a couple months ago.
- aembleton, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0I have a washer-dryer that washes and dries my clothes. I'm not fussed if they are not ironed.
- kosmicki, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0Is it a full sized (American) washer-dryer? I know they have been around, but I've only seen smaller ones. I've been looking for a big one for awhile. I hate having to transfer my clothes.
- sakuraevolution, on 10/12/2007, -16/+10dupe.
- wtfdan, on 10/12/2007, -13/+2Yes but...
Does it run Linux?
