- consoneo, on 12/10/2007, -0/+13Bandwidthblog without enough bandwidth... or processor power... whichever.
- Hamerhead33, on 12/10/2007, -0/+11I just had to point out the irony of a url of bandwidthblog.com going down so quickly.

http://tinyurl.com/3728m3 - mentol, on 12/10/2007, -0/+7I like Songbird the most. Like those bricks.
Twitter is good, too ;) - dolemite5005, on 12/10/2007, -0/+6I'm getting so sick of not being able to actually see half the stuff on the front page of Digg due to bandwidth issues.
- tonymotana, on 12/10/2007, -0/+6I go for Songbird too. It doesn't look like a regular office. It seems like a nice pub. Good job!
- kevma, on 12/10/2007, -1/+6via bandwidthblog.com? If I wasn't afraid of the english-police I'd say that's ironic.

- risotto, on 12/11/2007, -0/+4Twitter and blip.tv, definitively the lousiest office furnitures around. Looks like those desks come from IKEA.

- Homerr, on 12/10/2007, -0/+3Dead @ 11 Diggs. Fail.
- antdude, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3I'd rather have a/an cubicle or office instead of open space. I can't pick my nose and stuff. ;)
- coleki, on 12/10/2007, -0/+2the one that says "This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota"? it was a pretty quick read...
- Kazbaeden, on 12/11/2007, -0/+2At the CMU campus we have a google office in the collaborative innovation center. They have two rooms I can see from the street. In one there are about 6 work stations each with dual monitor setups. In the other there are colorful decorations on the wall, bean bag chairs, a pool table, and a pepsi fridge with drinks. It honestly looks like the coolest 3rd grade classroom on the planet.
Every single time I walk by that building, which is twice a day, that fun pool room is never empty. - mojaam, on 12/10/2007, -0/+2Thanks for the mirror, and here are more companies:

- Foxinni, on 12/10/2007, -0/+2Makes it totally worth your while being in a kitted out office. I love any office with a table tennis table in. :) :)

Teamwork my ass! - DigitAl56K, on 12/10/2007, -0/+1In the Stage6 office:
* Inflatable kangaroo
* RC helicopters
* A dozen large beanbags
* Comedy photoshops of the team
* A lot of people watching/removing porn.. :) - geuis2, on 12/10/2007, -0/+1my thoughts exactly.
- pseudoastronaut, on 12/10/2007, -0/+1so...Drew Carey's Neverending Story had it down?
- z00pedup, on 12/10/2007, -1/+2Yea I said the same thing, the songbird offices are rad - check out the CDJay1000s...
- MadEejit, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1They all look to be open floor plans (can't tell if Jaiku is from the pictures). I've never liked working in places like that because, at least where I've been, there have been too many distractions. But I can see how collaboration might be more difficult if everyone locked themselves away in their private offices all day (never had one myself, so just guessing). Anyone experience both and prefer the open floor plan?
- inactive, on 12/10/2007, -0/+1digg is in ur server, stealin ur bandwidthhz

- KooLLaiD, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1We(Apple) used to have some pretty cool offices here in Austin, but we outgrew them and are now in your standard cookie cutter cube land :(
- z00pedup, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1thank you hostgator.com dedicated..
- BambinosKrib, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1Being a Chemist is FTW!! - flexible work hours and most of the time is spent in the lab doing nice colorful experiments, being couped up in an office sux!
- BelieveItYo, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1They should get new hosting. (or a new domain )
- growlands, on 12/14/2007, -0/+1Great inspirational look at these offices for all aspiring Internet entrepreneurs!
- troye, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1you diggers with your Firefox.
how about we all do network.http.pipelining = true and network.http.pipelining.maxrequests = 15 instead of network.http.pipelining.maxrequests = 30, and maybe these servers will last a wee bit longer - jozay, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1There's a bunch more here
http://www.officesnapshots.com/ - tl1fan, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1Unconventional work spaces often spark creativity, team work, and productive interaction.
- Wuss, on 12/11/2007, -0/+1I'd like to nominate my office (www.blueskyfactory.com)
It's a converted late 1800's/early 1900's theater, with all original architecture in tact. 2.5-3 stories high with dome sculpture ceiling and columns.
Yes, we do have separate offices, and I prefer it. Fart in peace, pick boogers, etc. Sitting at a desk in the middle of a kitchen doesn't appeal to me at all. And there isn't any more "synergy" because there isn't a wall between you and the next dood next to you. There's this cool little thing called instant messaging that takes care of that. And if you do need to look at someone, take 4 steps.
-We all got allowances to decorate our offices as we like.
-Looking forward to our office Wii which should be added shortly.
-free gym membership (which i rock at lunch hour
-dog friendly
-chinese gong? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZW9XlD45Hk&feature ...
and most importantly, in a hotbed of foodie/happy hour activity in historic federal hill/downtown Baltimore. Good for lunch, bad for gut. - timdorr, on 12/11/2007, -1/+2Apparently IKEA props up the desks of Web 2.0 companies everywhere (including my own company, so I'm not complaining!)
