Sorry to say but no ones life is interesting enough for me to live day by day just to read someone blog to find out if they had their cereal and if their getting enough fiber.
Think about it, how pathetic does your life have to be for you to actually spend time out of your own life just to read what happen to someone else, that has no influence or effect on your life or anyone elses. The great thing about the internet, is that it's huge and if your dummy little blog is crap - no one will ever read it. You don't waste anyone's time. If someone wrote about their day in a humorus point of view, or posted various funny stories - I can see how that blog would be popular amongst the blogger's personal friends. But no one else would read it.
So to all the pepople complaining about "pointless" blogs - if you don't like it... don't read it. It's that simple.
