Surely advertisers could hold some liability for a youtube that wouldn't play nice with the law, even if the danger advertisers will face isn't exactly legal itself.(last time I checked, Gonzales was still around...) The pirate bay works right now because running a BT tracker isn't too expensive, but a streaming video site is about as expensive as it gets.

What will set it apart however, is that there will be "no censorship," that The Pirate Bay "will not be the moral police" and determine what content stays or goes as is oftentimes the case with YouTube.
