    They have no concern about taunting company's with logos like this unless Sweden all of a sudden changes it's laws making the site illegal.

    That mail was not posted regarding x86 specifically. It's posted to show what the results will be if apple tries to do anything again. We are well aware it is old and regards PPC versions.

    The Pirate Bay is located in Sweden, where the copyright laws are different. There isn't anything Apple can do. :)
