Seriously, it isn't too difficult to understand and you probably deserve two smacks in the head with a dictionary before you try to every type again. There are a lot of people that understand it is their own responsibility to ensure that the proper grammar and syntax rules are followed.

i suspect they would claim that they are a common carrier... or whatever its called in sweden. the same thing that protects ISPs from legal trouble when a user does something using the ISPs access to the net. but it goes two ways... if you are a common carrier you can't have much say in what goes on or you loose common carrier status and become a publisher. something like that... you'll need to put in the right words and context, however. :D - damoh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2>before you try to every type again

From my humble understanding of Swedish law, storing and distributing tracker information (torrents) is not a violation of any copyright laws. Maybe the SMA plans to attack on charges of National Security endangerment? But this is Sweden, not America.
