***** THE RIAA!!! - Sakumi, on 11/02/2008, -0/+8Instead of lying and saying I'm a fan of the pirate bay because of DRM, and other bad things companies do, I'll just admit I can't afford all this *****.
- zbeast, on 11/02/2008, -1/+9Well sounds like a good job to me... the Rick Roll crap is tired... people need to stop doing it.

- iridesce, on 11/02/2008, -0/+4How about taking a couple of minutes and going to the contributions page of Piratpartiet ( Swedish Pirate Party ) that supports the principles of Pirate Bay in their home county. ... http://www.piratpartiet.se/donate ... Contribute a few bucks and demonstrate your support
- inactive, on 11/02/2008, -0/+3Yarrrr m8y!
TPB used to be just to get free stuff, to me it evolved into using it to do my part to slay the evil out of touch faceless corporations who to this day STILL have no idea what consumers want, clinging to their sinking ships trying to force their old ways to work when they lost total control over distribution years ago.
Long live The Pirate Bay! - dorkdork777, on 11/02/2008, -0/+3I don't know about you, but I dugg this article because I was interested in it, *not* because I recognised who submitted it.
- Frostek, on 11/02/2008, -0/+2Presumably what consumers want is to pay nothing for anything.
I'm always hearing people on the net say "Well, they should evolve their business model", but really I can't see how you can evolve around millions of people freeloading.
Yeah, you can all digg me down unthinkingly, but where's your answers to this? How can businesses evolve around these conditions - any ideas? - lololol1, on 11/02/2008, -1/+3ARRRRRRR
- BruceAnderson, on 11/02/2008, -0/+2In 2123.
- aserer511, on 11/02/2008, -0/+2VIVA LA BAY
- computershack, on 11/02/2008, -1/+3At least it makes finding the thieves easier.
- passedoutghost, on 11/02/2008, -0/+2Is the answer to "Why are pirates, pirates?"
- ideaflashed, on 11/02/2008, -1/+3That was a nice flash presentation. lime wire is no more the favorite and is vulnerable to the core.
ravi - AgentPeay, on 11/02/2008, -0/+2I wasn't aware of opentracker http://erdgeist.org/arts/software/opentracker/ (referenced in the article) - it looks like a great tool to allow for a real worldwide distribution of torrent tracking - I wonder how long it will be before we have a truly distributed tracking system; one that could never be taken down!
- inactive, on 11/02/2008, -3/+5It still doesn't have the best availability for country music.
- MastaShake11, on 11/03/2008, -0/+1***** THE MPAA!!
- ideaflashed, on 11/02/2008, -0/+1Mininova would be ahead of TPB shortly, due to Mininova's moderated and practical business practices.
Ravi - funkyloki, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1That would basically make you an *****, for wasting someone's time and bandwidth, and not funny in the least. It's cute when it is a link in a comment, not when it is a torrent. Sounds like Pirate Bay made the correct move.
- Elementix, on 11/02/2008, -0/+1Yea.... Now that the machine is going, there's no stopping it for all the anti-piracy groups. Sorry guys, conform or die. :)
Oh, and jk about that whole "die" comment. :) - computershack, on 11/02/2008, -0/+1"Pirate bay is doing a great Job but most of their torrents are not clean. "
GOOD.
"Hope pirate bay takes an initiative in screening the torrents."
But then they're admitting taking direct action instead of just being a search engine. - KlogereEndGrim, on 11/02/2008, -1/+2Thank you for signing your post, and thus removing all doubt that you are a *****.
