Not a big deal since the sale of my Moto Q paid the ETF... Sprint must really be hurting pretty bad these days.
- neowolfwitch, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I dropped Sprint several years ago after terrible customer service and bad billing practices. "Back in the day" when minutes were precious- I was getting billed for disconnected and incomplete calls almost constantly, and then having to sit on hold "forever" to get the charges removed. I think I spent more time on hold for "customer service" than I did actually using my phone. At one point they even claimed I ordered a phone from them online (I've NEVER ordered a cell phone online) and I had to fight with them for two months to get a $300 charge removed from my bill. I canceled my service after that and had to pay an ETF. I gladly did just to be rid of them.
