I ordered a stick from Dell a while ago for a little under 100 bucks, but they sold so well that they never had any in stock and kept trying to defer the order. I finally got tired of it after they pushed it a month past the original delivery date. I have a friend that's still waiting for the stick from Dell he ordered the same day I did.
Just a warning, Amazon might be a little bit better about filling the orders for these memory sticks.
