In the case of SEO or any other esoteric endeavor, you'll find that working with an outsourced firm earns you the benefits of their knowledge on past projects similar to yours. That very real $ value is often ignored by many when they compare outsourced SEO firms strictly on $/h basis. The more experienced firms will have better footing on which you BOTH can stand.
