your wish is granted. - argblat, on 10/12/2007, -7/+15Digg engineers ... can we have a special temporary holiday section ... red + green color combo and all ... for the millions of these posts to be expected in the next 2 months
... and the ability to turn them on and off at will - adml_shake, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4"Microsoft Zune MP3 Player - $249.99"
How is that a deal? - sabotank, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3microsoft xbox 360 premium video game system $399.99??
hmmm....let me think about that....... - KSUdesigner, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2These are just the things that the store is advertising for that week. You see ads all the time for things that are normal priced. Just because it is in an ad does not mean it's discounted, they're just trying to push sales for the holiday season by advertising the things they know will be popular.
- mblind, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Black Friday is the day AFTER Thanksgiving.. Just an FYI
- signal15, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Please, if you intend on buying anyone tools for a gift, don't buy Craftsman tools. They have been total crap for the past few years. Their handtools do have a lifetime replacement guarantee, and trust me, you'll probably need it. Home Depot's Husky brand has the same guarantee, and they are much better quality tools. In addition, Home Depot has a lifetime replacement policy on their Ridgid brand power tools also, something Craftsman doesn't offer.
Having crappy tools is almost worse than having no tools at all. Also, both of these companies sell screwdrivers. Don't waste your money. Buy some Pratt-Read mechanics grade screwdrivers. They cost about the same, and they are way better quality.
I learned the hard way that buying cheap tools is not worth it. Not only do they break, but cheap power tools are safety hazards. I've almost cut my fingers off several time with cheap table saws that have fences that do not square up properly. - wwwdot1jesdotus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I, for one, am loving the prices on the larger LCD TVs. It's about time they get into the affordable range.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2haha. i meant my comment, not the digg article.
- kineticelite, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3$129 for a DS Lite is not a deal...sounds like a bunch of BS to me!
- diecastbeatdown, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1thankfully no matter how many websites report all the back friday ads it still only comes down to who gets there in your town first. thousands of people can read this and shrug, but only the select few will get off their asses and get it.
i'm just psyching myself up for this year. =P - Grayfox777, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh wow, a damn expensive TV is still expensive, but just a little less.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I would say you would have to camp outside Sears :( Good luck. If you really want the TV go for it! :)
- whatsthatsmell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1good luck getting either of those tv's now.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4wrong section. bury. sorry.
- fallenone05, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hi I work for Sears, and would like to say: sorry
- AndroidIQ, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Protron 32" Widescreen LCD HDTV with ATSC Tuner - $599.99
Better deal. Lowest cost 32" at a Big Box store I've seen. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Thanks!
Seems like a great deal for the Toshiba, Been thinking of getting a HD for awhile now. - lastthingusee, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3It's in the "tech deals" section. What other category should it fall under?
- telegon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Cotton Towels - 3.50 a piece! WHOOOOOOO!! ! !
- kichler, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Talking about online sales, statistics say that people get more satisfaction than buying products directly from shops. Also appliances special products, one needs to take a look first and the make a decision. Online stores are perfect for that because the provide information and products at a high transparency level. I had the curiosity to take a look on this site http://www.appliancepartspros.com and it looks like my saying is confirmed.
- Stryker336, on 02/20/2009, -0/+1Also check out this site i found for great deals. Its Updated alot too.

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The bad thing about Sears is that even when they put everything at 20% off they are still higher than most discount stores and craftsman tools have really gone down the ***** lately.
- MrStylz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The Toshiba mentioned, IMO, is the best tv of the bunch. Integrated QAM tuner means that you just plug the cable into the back and you get free HD (although it doesn't mention it in the Sears link, it does have it. http://www.tacp.toshiba.com/televisions/product.asp?model=42hp66)
It's also got a great picture, as I've seen personally in the store. It's in the top 3 for picture quality in the 2-3k lcd/plasma price range if you ask me. I'd buy it for 1200 in a second if I didn't already have a 42" tv. - Shockerusa, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1This site is ok, however http://bfsavings.com has more features like wish list, which you can print out and stuff. Plus this vote feature is pretty sweet.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Strange as it sounds, the 7.1 MP camera is actually cheaper. Click the links and compare the current prices listed on sears.com.
7.1 mp camera: $284.99
6.1 mp camera: $379.99
The difference appears to be in the quality of the printer dock. - shelittan, on 10/27/2007, -0/+0Where can I find the actual scanned copy of the ad????
- Mistaxe, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Kodak EasyShare 6.1MP Digital Camera and Printer Dock - $329.99
Kodak EasyShare 7.1MP Digital Camera with Printer Dock - $244.00
So....1 more megapixel is ~100$ cheaper? That doesn't seem right.
I'm calling shenanigans! - VyPR, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1RossMan, is that you?! ;)
- almostdone, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Say shenanigans on more time! I dare you!
Hey Farva, what's the restaurant with all the stuff on the walls?
Oh you mean Shenanigans?! - Mekun, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Sears has the WORST costumer service i refuse to shop there. Got jacked twice by them.
- AntiInsight, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1well this is pretty early this year.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Do you know if I can purcase the TV online? Or do I need to camp outside Sears.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0You never know. I have seen "Black Friday" specials online. I don't recall if Sears was one of the stores who did that last year.
- Ben174, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1This sounds like spam...
- bradolson, on 10/12/2007, -11/+7Get the full 48 page ad at http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com - where the ad was obtained from. BlackFriday.info is claiming they have this ad exclusively, but the watermarks on the scanned ad prove otherwise.
- timdorr, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2Direct link to the PDF: http://www.officialblackfriday.com/ads/gottadeal-sears-bf2006.pdf

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -10/+2Boy... was that dead on (article marked as spam, as if this isn't the most flagrant violation I've ever seen of it on Digg)
