msn.careerbuilder.com — Careerbuilder just posted this very interesting story where they list SEO as 1 of 4 jobs that are in high demand. It's nice to see our industry getting some recognition. I'm hoping these sorts of posts encourage new people to take up the profession. Its getting harder and harder to fill empty positions.

  • jgarner, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Funny, you say that it's getting harder to fill positions. In my city, the only successful SEO is a freelancer. Even my "official" SEO position for a very large website design company is a facade to what SEO is. The only way I can make money doing this is on my own. Bad location I guess. Very nice post though. Makes me feel better in my hopes for the future.
