- Massif, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah, I thoroughly enjoyed this on fromtheshadows. These guys are pretty damn good dualists. I want that.
- kirk06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I believe that in the near future (or even now if you email him via the contact link?) you should be able to purchase them from the site.
- holmesxt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0http://fromtheshadows.tv/
their latest episode showed a guy who makes them. he put it apart and put it back together..not really detailed, but cool none theless. - kirk06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0@Alpha: http://www.fromtheshadows.tv/ has a video interview with the creator of these lightsabers. The handles are actually very nice looking. He also says each one is unique in some way. It's really a neat interview.
@JooMommy: It'd be nice to see real ones some day. Pepper spray and knife sticks would be a thing of the past. - JooMommy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0When will they come out with real lightsabers? You know, the kind you could decapitate someone with.
- alpha7q, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0well, i was kind of upset that they didnt show any pics of the handle...thats great on how the blades look, but that would be hella gay if the handle was stupid looking, know what i mean?

- hax0r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0There was not a single clear photo. ALL of them were blurry, intentionally.
I want to see even one photo of the thing in bright lighting and sharp focus. - kirk06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Just a bit.
"I'm a REAL jedi" - Agent86, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0the creator seemed to be a little nuts in the interview eh?
- Landon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0LOL yup I also posted in another forum and everyone's interested in it. they're asking me how I built it and what the hell I do with it. well obviously I cut things in half! lol
- kirk06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Watch the movie at the links posted above in the comments. Fromtheshadows interviewed the guy that does these, and showed them in action, lit up.
- justin-x, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ohh cpt you always want new members lol hi im a developer of the real lightsaber i would just like to tell everone to go to the site he posted its a forum site and register there
- Landon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0LOL wow. well guys I have built two types of lightsabers with some friends this summer. We've spent almost 3 months working, planning and prototyping and finally we have got the real lightsaber to a masterpiece. I'll tell you guys about the 2 designs we have made. 1 can cut through anything in it's path. And the other one. I designed and built, is called the lansaber. it's merely meant for practicing. it wont kill you but it will make you feel like you don't want to be slashed with it again :) the lansaber I'm going to sell. I'm going to make lots. the real lightsaber, we're not selling because of government issues. my forum is http://www.cptthompson.proboards40.com Me and all my friends have spent lots of time and lots of money on completing this project. feel free to join the site. We talk a lot about how the designs work.
- Saberology, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Hello, I am Aaron Mosny the CEO and Master Sabersmith for Saberology.com
I just wanted to let you know how my sabers work, and how the ordering process works.
Currently every saber hilt that we produce is an original piece of art, and will not be reproduced. Keeping that in mind, once you are ready to make a purchase we will email you a list of the current hilt designs that we have in stock.
The product is called the "Duelsaber" and it does live up to its name. You CAN use the saber for fighting unlike the master replicas or EL blades. Also, The duelsabers are the brightest colors you will see to date. You wont find them any brighter anywhere. My site has been updated with ordering info and more product info. Look at the gallery for more photos of the blades both IN motion and not in motion and a few in the light so you can see what the blade looks like in a lit room.
